However, as of late and unfortunately within a number of years the grasses have litter and dogs' feces are not picked up by their owners. Today I and other renters at 34 Metropolitan Oval have called for our elevators to be repaired but it hasn't happened. Why? I certainly pay my maintenance fee monthly as an owner of an apartment but unfortunately a service person has NOT come to repair our elevators in our building. Again, Why is that? Do not do business with this company. I answered and received an apartment for which Jason Western…read morerepresented as the realtor. It turned out to be an fire hazzard. An illegal basement apartment that the owner had no business renting. Water accumulated in the walls throughout the apartment within months creating horrible mold and damaging my furniture. He didn't do his due diligence as a realtor and made sure the apt was violation free and legally rentable. I ended up having to move out. Meanwhile I find out after moving out that instead of his advised 1 month rent realtor fee Jason walked away over $5000 of my closing fee money including my security deposit in some kind of side deal with the owner of the apartment. Jason Western is a scammer who should have his license reviewed and revoked.

Like that right there feels weird!! The broker also mentioned not to call my bank to get my money back either.. It was mentioned, If i qualify it will be used as a down payment towards the fees.. but still. I personally wasn't comfortable with giving $1k for an "application". Like i have never heard of this.. especially this day in age. if it looks like a scam, feels like a scam... ITS A SCAM!
