I've been eating Esther Price all my life and it is the absolute best candy there is nothing else comes close. They're gorgeous are especially wonderful and also the wonderful sweetheart mint candies but everything is top drawer. read more

Quite the dream for any candy lover. It was chock full of Easter related items today, but I just bought a few dark chocolate candies to savor the next few days....still think Fannie May is a superior product, but for this price, I'll enjoy Esther Price. read more

I have been delighted with this chocolate since I was a teenager. We used to go to the main store on Wayne Avenue at every major holiday that involved having candy. These chocolates are the best, bar none and I live in Washington, DC now. I still send these chocolates for Christmas to my Aunt in Florida and I have to have them in my home for Valentine's Day and Easter--love the coconut eggs. The Opera Creams are my very favorite and often I will order a customized box. The quality is still as good as it ever was and I do remember the free samples at the store--what a treat. Later on my parents became friends of the Price family. What lovely memories. read more

Everything is made from scratch, and you'll still find Betty here on occasion, but I believe she's pretty much placed day to day operations with her family. During these uncertain Covid 19 times I hesitate to go out, but I know these people and I know they will exercise every precaution. And it just wouldn't be Easter without their candy! I was the only one in the store but employees on a recent afternoon and they even shared their personal grass for my basket to save me another stop. Cause that's how they treat all their customers...just like family. Had so much fun deliverying to family porches, ringing their doorbell and waving to them when they picked it up. They were all thrilled, just as I am with my own personal stash. When you're craving sweet, this is the place to go!
