When we picked up the cake, we noticed the mispelling immediately and asked them to fix it. We were told they were unable to fix it as the cake decorators had already left and they no longer had the icing color. Therefore our cake was presented, mispelling and all, for the "Celebration". The previous time "Congratulations" was mispelled.
