I had high hopes for this place as it was a referred to me. The space itself is beautiful and in a nice location. However, this was a one and done for me. I went here several years ago and it was the worst appointment of my life. They try to hard sell you on everything from tox, fillers, kybella, scupltra, skin care product, laser etc. I thought Emily was nice but she bragged about how she sells so much tox and services news anchors and politicians. She does give a thorough consult and points out everything that needs/can be fixed and I thought that was wonderful but I don't like to feel pressured to buy without having time to conduct research etc. I did get tox, but the placement was off. I did NOT go to the follow up and instead went to someone else who fixed the issue. I seriously couldn't wait for this appointment to be done. Being pushy and hard selling didn't make me feel comfortable. I do want to be made aware of what my options are but not pressured to buy. They text/call you frequently to make appointments even though you have communicated you wont be returning. Which is what prompted this review several years later. I wish my experience would have been different as this location is super close to where I reside. read more

I hate to leave this review because I really liked this place but they crossed the line. I have been here several times and they do good work, however they can get a bit pushy on making appointments. They made one for me and I asked to be flexible on it because my mother was in Hospice and it was getting to a time when I didn't know if I would be able to make appointments. Sure enough my mother went into critical care and passed the day of my appointment. Mind you I did cancel the night before but it wasn't within 24hrs. I called them to explain but no help. There was no empathy of what I was going through, no recollection of me asking for flexibility and a total disregarded for me as a customer, that had brought in other patients and had paid some pretty good money for past services; far more substantial than a $100 cancelation fee. Like I said, I hate to leave a negative review on a place I really liked but when the human conditions takes a backseat to a paltry monetary gain someone has to say something. It's not right and everyone looses. I loose a place I liked to go and trusted and they loose me as a good customer who would have given years of loyalty, all because they felt $100 was worth more then me loosing my mother. A few years ago, I was introduced to Esthetic Solutions by a colleague who always seemed to be just glowing in her own skin. (We all have those friends, right?) As with all of us, (AZ natives like me especially) the sun exposure from youth is not kind as we age. For me, fine lines were forming around my eyes and on my forehead, making me appear tired all of the time despite the fact that I felt vibrant on the inside. Naturally, I wanted to put my best face forward and for my outward appearance to reflect the way I felt on the inside. So, I made an appointment with Emily and from the very first phone call, I knew I was in caring hands. Kaelyn, who runs the front office at the practice couldn't have been more helpful, kind or accommodating during the scheduling process. She was even able to get me in the same week which was perfect given that I had some special events coming up where I wanted to look my best. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was warmly greeted. Emily spent a full 30 minutes investing the time to truly understand my aesthetic goals. She is a RN which was important to me as I wanted someone with medical expertise to entrust my care to. After my initial consultation, my nerves were immediately put at ease. Not only is she a medical expert with a keen eye for detail, she is also extremely kind, fun, caring and approachable. She recommended Botox to address the areas of dissatisfaction and shared a few other recommendations (at my request) that she felt would best compliment my facial structure. After the first appointment, I was hooked. Her artistic eye for detail is truly impressive. She also provides exceptional aftercare (which I never expected from an aesthetic service), following up after each appointment to check in on your satisfaction. And, if touch-ups are needed, she's got you... at no extra charge. Price-wise, she is not the cheapest (there is a struggling business out there with a Groupon... and, who knows what you're actually getting) but her pricing is extremely reasonable for the expert service she provides. I have been getting fillers and Botox for over 19 years and I have never ever paid FOUR thousand dollars , not even close. I feel I was taken advantage BY Emily. I did agree to pay this at the time of my appointment but only because I was told the fillers were long lasting and for a year at the least. I could have gotton a permanent change to my face for four thousand dollars , like my eye lids done !!! I am disappointed because only 3 months later I can hardly see the fillers in there anymore. For four grand and just three months worth of temporary improvements , that's just insane. I am far from rich and I am very regretful I agreed to pay this almost 4 thousand dollars.
