I scheduled a hydrafacial and added on dermaplaning. It is located in a strip mall and there is plenty of parking available. Extremely disappointed by my experience here! I scheduled a 60 minute classic facial. I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early and filled out the paperwork. I wasn't taken back to my treatment room until 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Then, the esthetician rushed through my facial and dermaplaning. She scraped my chin and it left a scar there for about a week. She didn't put anything over my eyes when using the light mask. Lastly, she finished my facial 10 minutes early!! So, total, my 60 minute facial only last 30 minutes. Would not recommend. read more

This place is a total scam, with totally unethical business practices. They steal from their patients. I purchased 60 units of Botox. I was not told that any remained but advised they do "free" touch ups. (Why do I need a free touch up if you use what I paid for?) I have posted photos, reluctantly, but out of what is clearly a need to warn others. I asked for injections in my forehead, my 11s and my under eyes. I have been getting Botox for over 12 years and have never been so ripped off. These photos were taken 4 wks after my initial appointment. Does it look at all like I received 60 units to you? Please DO NOT SEE DR F. I had my initial co2 laser procedure with Jacqueline who was amazing. Dr F was horrible and rude and even hung up on me because I told him I was not happy with his service as he missed one of my main concerns which was my under eyes. All I wanted was for him to treat the area and because I was given a price for this treatment he said I wasn't paying full price ‍ I also sent him pictures of when Jacquie did my initial session to compare to what he did and he kept arguing trying to call me a liar I guess that's what he had to do instead of having good customer service and fixing the issue and proceeded to hang up on me SMH! I was set up with a same day appointment and met Maggie! We spoke about my skin and she suggested a custom facial catered to my skin. I believe I got the hydrafacial with an enzyme mask. My skin has been changed in such a wonderful way. The glow it has, the bumps have almost vanished and my skin has never looked this amazing. I didn't think it was possible to see results hours after my facial but the same night, I went out with no makeup and my skin looked as if it was glass skin! My second time coming and it was amazing! I got an email letting me know of a special for their new Korean Astrodome facial and immediately schedule an appointment! I came in. I was immediately talked to you by the receptionist and to the back with Zoie! Zoie was absolutely amazing! She was super funny and gentle, repeatedly making sure that I was comfortable. I let her know of some issues I had with my last experience. She apologized profusely for the other aesthetician and I got some goodies! It more than made up for my previous experience! Both times I've came it was extremely clean and the waiting room as well as in the studio. I am 58 and have been getting filler and botox for 20 years. This is the absolute best place ever! It is classy, clean, and the prices are great! I have avoided places that have a tip chart by the credit/debit card machine, telling you what amount of tip you need to leave. That is ridiculous! People have a hard enough time saving the money for this stuff and it is pretty nervy to basically tell people what to tip. They should pay their employees enough to not need tips. Just had a wonderful appointment with for toxin. I chose Xeomin (as I like to alternate between Botox and xeomin for better results) for my toxin. I am was happily surprised at how fast and gentle the procedure was. I didn't feel a thing! Sadly, I did not get the nurses name but she was the most gentle touch I've had for a needle in the face. (She was a kind blonde woman with a pony tail and I hope she gets recognized for this post!)I will 100% be coming back and recommending to friends. I can't recommend Fioramonti enough! I have had Fillers for over 25 years, not only in different States, but many different spas and surgical offices. Dr. Fioramonti by far, surpasses any place over ever been to. His gentleness and detail to everything he does, is bring the norm. Instead of using numbing cream, he uses a cold spray that numbs instantly. He explains everything he's doing and exactly what it should feel like. He's extremely reassuring during the injections, and has a demeanor of genuine care. His prices are definitely the best in Scottsdale, as I'm always comparing and reading reviews. This is the first review of this type I've ever written, but he definitely deserves it. Additionally, his assistant, Irene, is awesome! Extremely knowledgeable about every Filler, Laser, expected results, etc. I adore her outgoing personality mixed with Bert professionalism. And last but not least, Dr Fioramonti called me the next day to see how I was feeling, and to see how the bruising and swelling were (which were minimal).
