Shultz, I started seeing a difference the next day!! I was shocked!! I needed a touch-up because with any good Botox doctor, they have to learn your muscles. Dr. Deborah F. Shultz got me right in, I had MAYBE 2 more injections and out the door, AND she has an AMAZING technique to make the procedure painless, I won't give the secret away, but totally works! She knows the perfect spots, doses, and answers. I didn't need to go back for at least 2 months AND....it was half the cost I was paying with the other office! Now with Covid, she does not skip a beat, it takes her 15 minutes to clean a room after each patient and she still smiles. She wears a mask and does not touch any thing twice without changing her gloves, hell, you have to take her pen if u pay with a credit card and sign a slip! She has accommodated me more times then I can count. I took a half a day off of work, drove the 30+ minutes to the salon, only to be told Chelsea's not there anymore and I no longer have an appointment. No call, text, or email (all of which they have and have used in the past) telling me my appointment was canceled. No heads up that my stylist left and asking if I wanted to switch to another one. Nothing. The receptionist was polite and let me know the manager wasn't in but she would let her know to contact me. I received a call later saying they would try to get me in with another master stylist - but then they asked what services I was getting! Chelsea is a master stylist - we talk about what we want to do, she makes it happen. I don't want or need to know the name of the services it goes under - I just want it done. I have spent thousands of dollars at this salon between my haircuts and color, my daughter's haircuts and tinsel application, and purchasing products. For them to cancel my appointment with no communication and then to apparently have no information available about my normal processes is just too much. While the stylists are lovely, the management is terrible. Find a stylist at a different Aveda salon where they value their customers.
