She talked me through every step including the part of when it would hurt to wax my chin. Due to sensitive skin, she had to use this tool on me that looks like an electronic shocker. I was terrified. She assured me it wouldn't hurt and it was necessary to avoid getting bumps on my sensitive skin which would not be good for the wedding. It worked. She dyed my eyebrows and removed my chin hairs. As a Black woman, I also didn't feel welcomed or respected during my visit. Based on my experience, I personally would not recommend this place to other Black women.
