I feel like because you're getting a discount for the service they give you the worst service imaginable . I came in today , and immediately the front desk was trying to have me purchase additional extractions or a different type of facial that is more expensive , she said " you have acne this facial isn't suited for you" I told her kindly I actually don't have acne , I have a dermatologist and yes I do have acne scars but I have not a single active pimple or skin that needed many extractions . She said they would only do extractions on my nose and lips and I said that was perfect for me . They take me to the room and leave the room so I can change out of my shirt . MIND YOU THIS IS A 60 MINUTE FACIAL . I paid for a 60 minute facial which means I expect 60 mins worth of service . It took her 5 minutes to come back to the room . There was no sink for her to wash her hands and I didn't see her put on hand sanitizer . She washed my face and then applied an exfoliator that felt like tree hut scrub . She then left the room for 10 more minutes at this point we have only gotten to exfoliation and she already hasn't been on the room for 15 minutes ..... she comes back and puts this ultrasonic device that is usually used for extractions , she put no pressure and no extractions nor dead skin was taken off . She then gives me the shittiest facial massage . No technique , no pressure , just slathering thick cream on my face this goes on for about 10 minutes and then she slathers a mask on me and leaves for the rest of the appointment . I laid there for 15-20 mins just wondering where she left . Usually during a mask , estheticians will find something to do like a scalp massage or anything really that is providing a service in that downtime . She comes back takes off the mask and this point I'm really upset . I try to walk out the door , and the front desk harassed me about a tip I told her it was the worse facial I have ever received I will definitely not be tipping . Not only am I going to dispute this with my bank but I am absolutely reporting this place to the board of Estheticians. There is no way this lady went though any formal training . You guys should be ashamed of yourselves for this SCAM . You should t have to scam people out of money . Definitely did not receive the service i paid for .

Front desk mentioned a deposit was needed and I was happy to pay that, but then she said that I might as well pay the full amount while I'm there. So I paid the full amount for the service. Something came up the next day and it wouldn't have been worth injecting a zit days later. So I called to cancel and am then told they couldn't refund me. I can still come in and get the service done any time, but since it was for a one time acne lesion, I won't really be needing it. Plus I work at a nearby med spa and was only in the area. It would have been nice if someone told me upfront that if I cancelled, my money would be kept. Especially because I understand that being the case for the deposit, but I was encouraged to pay the full amount and all of it was kept. Of course I couldn't dispute the charge because it's in their fine print... A little upfront honesty and clarity would have gone a long way though.

So what... I'm paying an injector more than my lawyer or a surgeon? No thank you.

Yelp Esthetics911.... " PURE AWESOMENESS !! " Being an avid fisherman and beach bum on my free time, My face has acquired a wrinkle or two and some sun damage. My friend suggested I get a Facial or Chemical Peel. I looked at her with a crazy stare and said, " A WHAT ? ". To be honest, where I'm from, being a man and getting "FooFoo" treatments like this done are specific to woman. In addition, I've heard of many horror stories of what has gone wrong ( Ie. burned face, one side of the lip bigger than the other..) So needless to say, I had some valid concerns. My friend told me not to worry because she has been getting her Eye Brows, Chemical Peels and Botox done by "Michele" for years. Still a bit hesitant, my friend assured me that Michele has been a Registered Nurse Practitioner for about 20 years and she practiced with a Prominent doctor in Beverly Hills before she decided to open up her business, " Esthetics911" in Torrance. Well, about 4 weeks ago, I had a Facial done and it felt "AWESOME". I plan on getting a Facial as often as Michele recommends. Since my Facial, I have recommended my brother and several other guys to get Facials with Michele. My daughter being a nosy teenager saw Esthetics911 written down in my calendar. She looked it up online and on Yelp and said, " Dad, Really!!! Oh myyyy Gosh!! I NEED to go!! I need a Chemical Peel!! I need my eye brows Micro-bladed!! I need Botox!!! DAD!!!!!! look at my skin, it's like soooo hideous!!!!! It's sooooo not fair you go and not take me!! " The entire time I stared at her as she rambled on and on and on as I gave her one of these looks and told her " Like oh myyyy Goshhhh My Princess, Aaaaa No!!! That evening I succumbed to her whining and sad face and not only did I scheduled her for a Facial appointment, but I also scheduled an appointment for my son who has acne and some Black Heads on his upper back. In my daughter's words, " OH MY GOSH DADDDDDDD, I LOVE MICHELE!!!! SHE IS LIKE SOOOOOOO AWESOME!!! AND BTW!!!! I scheduled another appointment with her. " I just looked at My Princess and shook my head and said, " U Crazy Girl!! My son's back is now clear and looks great. Michele provided a great Cleanse Exfoliation and Skin Treatment. He was VERY happy with the end result. In the words of my son, It was Cool, Dad! Now hurry up, I want to catch the rest of the Dodger game on tv. LMBO!! That's my boy.. In short, I am VERY impressed with Michele's talents. So much that I travel about an hour and 10 minutes each way to have her treat my Kiddos and I. Michele is Very knowledgeable and Professional. Why do I just love this place. All of my dark spots on my face are gone, my wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes are gone. These people are doing Miracles. Michelle is fantastic with skin and skin problems. I had low self-esteem since I was a teenager because of all these dark spots on my face and now my face is so clear. 3 days ago Tiffani microbladed my eyebrows and they look amazing. I have totally transformed in this place. It's a addiction.. next on my list is to get permanent liner, LED lights, chemical peel and permanent lip color. I will definitely have to post some before and after photos so you guys can see my transformation. This place is just a winner. It's private, they schedule appointments one person per appointment so you don't have to worry about everyone in your business. They do not rush and everyone is so polite. The place is very clean.
