I do not recall everything having a massage where the bed was warm, all the way down to the feet. She asked for my hot spots and I pointed out my shoulders and feet. The massage began and before I knew it I was dozing off and having random dreams. Her pressure is to your preference and she asked you to let her know when she needs to adjust. I decided to let her do her thing to see what her normal pressure is like. I knew I was super tense in the shoulder so while it was a bit uncomfortable I went with it because I knew my body needed it. She was extremely soft and gentle on my feet. I would have preferred more pressure but I didn't say anything because again, I wanted to see her normal. This is not a complaint at all because now I know what to ask for when I go back next month. It felt like she went well over an hour, that's how good the massage was. It was so good that I thought if it is over an hours, I am so ok with paying difference. She plays soothing music that pulls you to sleep. I suggest relaxing your body and let your mind follow the movement of her hands. You will be asleep in no time. I definitley will be back next month. She talked to me about a membership and the timing of appointments. She said they had a 20 minute grace period because I said I would likely be coming from work and running late. Scott left me a message. I called back. Scott returned my call and was immediately rude. He said since it was 15 minutes past my appointment he turned off the sauna and would charge me. It wasn't even 15 minutes into the appointment but I apologized and said I understood. He then said there was an issue that I personally blocked the charge and needed to fix it immediately. I obviously hadn't had the chance to block the charge while I was on the phone with him but still apologized. He continued to be rude while I just apologized.
