I had an incredible experience with Dr. Vincze and staff at EC! From the very first consult with Tiffany to the days after surgery, I knew I was in the best hands. Undergoing a deep plane lift, brow lift and eye bleph is a big decision, what I needed was a surgeon who was not only highly skilled, but someone I could truly trust and that's exactly what I found in Dr. Vincze. After seeing photos from a family event, I knew I needed a refresh!! I initially went in to see what could be done with my neck and loose/sagging skin around my face. The team showed me pictures of certain areas of my face and with Dr. V's recommendation I added the brow lift and I'm extremely happy I did. What stood out to me the most was how Dr. V addressed my every question, concern and detail I mentioned, and that those concerns were taken seriously. The level of attentiveness gave me confidence in making my decision to move forward with the surgery. And the results...absolutely beyond what I had hoped for. Natural and refreshed...the best thing is that no one can quite put their finger why I look revitalized. I do not look pulled anywhere!! It took 10+ years off my face! The regimen that the EC team has you follow prior to the surgery is key. There was NO bruising with their pre-vitamins and routine that I followed! read more

Mediocre experience. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. I received a scar removal consult with Tiffany who said "black skin is the worst [to treat]". I didn't take it personally but it could have been communicated better. They could've told me their limitations over the phone too, without wasting my time. I drove from Roseville to El Dorado hills just to have pics taken and be told on my way home there was nothing that could be done for a small scar removal on my leg. I kinda got a "whites only" vibe from the place so if you're a person of color, it's something to keep in mind and save yourself the trouble. read more

The pricing practices are pretty deceptive. You literally have no idea how much you'll pay until you check out. The pricing per unit between my most recent visit and previous visit were drastically different- which led to a nearly $120 higher cost than expected on my end. Shame on me for not confirming cost per unit would be the same as before. Nurse was great though, results are fine so far (has not been a full two weeks). Just always a surprise at check out how much you'll pay, which is frustrating. Their invoices are not clear, either, so to decipher how many units you actually got is impossible from the invoice alone (previous invoice stated exactly how many units were administered). read more

My Experience at Esthetic Centers was A++++ I can't say enough about the Esthetic Center staff and My surgeon, Dr. Megan Vincze. At my surgical consultation, Dr Vincze listened to all of my concerns and put my mind at ease. I told her that the most important thing was that I look 100% natural and refreshed. Dr Vince made excellent suggestions, and I was left feeling confident and assured that I was in great hands. After my consultation, the staff gave me a detailed pre surgical instruction book which was my guide to health before my scheduled surgery. They gave me supplements to strengthen my immune system so that I could achieve the optimal surgical outcome! The day of surgery the staff was warm and friendly, and Dr. Vincze greeted me and went over any last-minute concerns. After the surgery, I was given additional things that could aid in my healing. (The hyperbaric chamber and a special facial mask were wonderful!) Just a few days after surgery I could see the incredible results! It was everything I had asked for and more. My face was natural and looked rejuvenated. The procedures I had done were an upper blepharoplasty, fat transfer to cheeks, Co2 and chemical peel on chest and neck. When I booked the appointment I was told by the lady to not wear makeup for the rest of the day. Wow! I'm so impressed with my results. Firstly, I got Botox for my first time ever with Jocelyn. She was very comforting and reassuring as it was my first time. I was pretty nervous. My results haven't set in yet, so I'll post pictures of that when they do. The Botox was $10/unit for my first time. I got 25 units in my forehead area. Next, I got under eye trough fillers by Brenna to help reduce my under eye bags and discoloration. The results were immediate. So amazing! I Had Botox at the end of April and and also paid $200 to have the neck bands softened. I Was charged over 1k for this and I never got rid of lines or wrinkles. In fact I got horizontal wrinkles above my eyebrows after the procedure was done to soften the vertical lines worry lines. I went back for my follow-up at 2 weeks appointment and Shawna said maybe I needed a touch up in a couple places and to come back in 30-60 days. I called them today July 11, less than 70 days following procedure asking to have them review my before photos and current look which would show them that I look worse than when I started. The person who answered the phone without even seeing me or giving me to another person, came back and said since it was now 60 days that it wouldn't matter as the Botox only lasts that long anyway. I told her that I have had Botox before and there is no way that 1k worth of Botox at $10 per unit wouldn't leave my face this wrinkled. I have had several people who know I had Botox tell me that it is a terrible job and should be redone; I was dismissed by the Salon without even seeing me after they told me to check in after 60 days. Don't recommend this facility! Very disappointed!! read more

I highly recommend Dr. Rice, his assistant Tammy, and his staff. I've been going to Dr. Rice for cosmetic treatments for several years now and know that I can always trust him to provide high quality, professional, yet friendly service and care. What's important to me is that he always makes himself available to explain things and patiently answer any questions I may have. After thinking about getting a rhinoplasty for many years, I finally decided to see Dr. Rice about it. He explained what would be involved and even showed me computer imaging of what my new nose would look like! I have to admit, even though I really wanted to improve my appearance and I totally trusted Dr. Rice's expertise, I had a lot of anxiety about actually going through the surgery. However, after several months of consideration, I finally committed myself and made the appointment. I have felt totally supported the whole rest of the way. I had plenty of opportunity to ask questions, and the anesthesiologist, Ariel, even called me the night before to explain the process and answer any concerns. Another great help was that at my pre-op appointment, I was given a little binder with complete pre-op and post-op instructions, a list of items I would need for self care, as well as pain medication, antibiotics, and other treatments to decrease bruising and swelling. The binder also included info about the stages I'd probably go through over the next few weeks, emotionally and psychologically. This helped a lot! The surgery went smoothly. I went home that day and rested, and by the next day I was already feeling surprisingly good. The pain was minimal (I needed very little pain medication) and after the 3rd day, all pain had pretty much disappeared. Also, the bruising was very minimal. I only had a bit of bruising on each cheek. A week after surgery, Dr. Rice removed my cast, and I got the first glimpse of my awesome new nose! It is now 2 1/2 weeks out from the surgery, and I feel great! I'm back at work and have resumed most of my normal activities. My face looks normal, no bruises, and although my nose still has some swelling, every day it looks a little better (it takes a while for all swelling to disappear). Looking back, everything went so smoothly and easily, I wish that I'd had this surgery long ago! If you have been thinking of getting a rhinoplasty but have been scared to take the plunge, my advice is go see Dr. Rice at the Esthetics Center of El Dorado Hills. My whole I have always hated my profile. When I put on weight my neck was one of the first places that my fat would land. I had a facelift, necklift and blepharoplasty on my upper and lower eyes in Sep 2021. I've waited for the last 4 months to give a true review after a full recovery. I had a really bad experience with them. For the first time I made an appointment for Botox for around the eyes and eyebrow lift with Brenna. Besides that I didn't get any result especially for eyebrows lift, I started to get double vision and puffy eyelid on my right eye. I talked to the office manager and went to the office. Their nurse who saw me said I can see the puffiness but the office manager said no that's not the result of bad injection!!!! After 3 months of injection I still have the blurry vision. Hopefully they didn't damage my eye. Be careful with your health and save your money and don't go there. read more

BUYER BEWARE I visited the Esthetics Center in El Dorado Hills; CA. I was really excited to have the opportunity to correct a feature that has bothered me for years. This is the same doctor that did a sleep apnea procedure on my husband nearly twenty years ago. I shared with them that after all that time, my husband blew his nose within the last year and a wad of cotton that had been lodged there for all that time came out. Ever since that came out, my husband no longer experiences sinus pressure and sinus headaches. The response I received was to the effect of "Huh, I've never heard of that." My initial visit was as expected, using the sales rep to lure you in and entice you for more. All they needed was an $850 deposit of which, if you change your mind, a portion would be deducted. Of course, they want you to sign a contract. My first appointment (on a Friday) was a few months after, that is when I met with the doctor who would be performing the procedure. He was very nice and patient explaining what to expect. He also shared HBOT (Hyperbaric oxygen therapy) to increase healing time; at an additional fee. Then he provided the names of a couple of books to read prior to the procedure. He even pointed out items that we could do later referring to that procedure as an RBF (resting bitch face), the slight downward turn of the corners of your mouth as you age and that we could look at lasers to make corrections to the complexion, both at additional costs. He answered questions and concerns. Then shortly afterward, my job became unstable, so I needed to cancel my procedure as I did not want to take on an additional financial burden not knowing if I would be working for any length of time longer. In this economy, finding new positions takes quite some time. I notified my rep, and she said that I would receive back $600. I thought, good, now I do not need to worry about this any longer. Then, not fifteen minutes later, she calls back and says that I will not be getting any refund. When I asked why, she said because on the back of the contract it states, you have 48 hours after the first visit to get a refund. My husband and I were livid, I gave them plenty of time to fill slots of the other appointments they had scheduled and to fill the time slot for the procedure. I again stated why I had to cancel, but they were unwavering, with no flexibility, understanding or compassion for the circumstances. The moral of this story is they will upsell you with kindness and concern and of all the additional options available for the future. The one thing they do not bring up is the cancellation policy that was signed months ago so that the most informed decision is made within their terms. There should always be full disclosure; especially with the amount of money you will be spending. I do not recommend this business as a choice I would ever consider again. The first time was great...that girl is gone. The next time I got one of the other girls. I told her my problem areas for Botox. She missed the mark and my forehead still had lines. They say, "Come back if you have any issues". Well they don't tell you that they are going to charge you the same per unit price more for where they screwed up. Then the girl (I asked for a different girl) she expressed that she knew just what to do to fix the problem. She put the injections in the SAME places. Are these RNs puppets taught by Dr. Rice?
