I'm writing this review for potential patients, despite the lack of recent reviews for Jeuvani. I was always embarrassed by my fat upper arms that hung down and looked terrible. I consulted with two spas for Coolsculpting in late 2022 and chose Jeuvani because it was much cheaper. That was the first red flag. Dr. Cellucci, who works as an ER doctor in Oroville, CA, lends her name and license to this Folsom spa but does not reside or work there. Second red flag. (How is this legal?) I did not expect a miracle, just some improvement. The spa looked smaller and cheaper than any I'd ever seen - a couple chairs, a counter, an office manager and a couple technician/receptionists. Third red flag. The technicians said they were trained and certified by Allergan to provide Coolsculpting. I went through the procedure twice before stopping (a LOT of pain). The results were a nightmare. My arms looked twisted, pockmarked, slouchy, hideous, and not tighter at all. Looked like all the collagen was destroyed. When I returned to Jeuvani, one of the technicians said, "You're just making too much out of this. This is what our arms look like when we get older." My jaw hit the floor as they fully knew the damage they'd done. (This must be a scripted line they use when things are a mess.) They made it clear there would be no help from them. I contacted Allergan, but they said the provider had to file the complaint, which Jeuvani was not going to do. I planned to file a lawsuit for repair surgery costs but was diagnosed with breast cancer, which brought everything to a halt for quite a while, and the time is past now. But I hate to see any business get away with stuff like this because people stayed quiet. I share this to warn people who want to get Coolsculpting and/or go to Jeuvani Spa and Sculpting. Don't look to save money; go to a place with legitimate doctors (who care) on site with a long-time reputation to protect, even if it costs more. Be clear on what Plan B would be. A penny-ante operation like this one will leave you poorer and with nowhere to go if you get bad results. Read ALL the reviews. If there was a zero, that's what they'd get. read more

I just had the best experience with Katy. Super knowledgeable, heard my concerns and proceeded with laser hair removal. Awesome bed side manners as well!! Super clean environment and helpful staff. I came here because some of my friends were telling me what great prices they had and that they used a cool roller to cool down your skin. I was paying double where I was for laser. I called in Dec to book my appt for early Jan. I verified the price. She says yes that is correct. In the interim, they sent out an email saying their prices were going up in Jan. Hmnn I thought for sure they would honor the price quoted, but alas no. I paid $150 vs. $100. It is a little hidden amongst several other offices. The address doesn't match. GPS was confused. I finally had to call and ask. Of course it was a dark and rainy night. Finally get in and the waiting area office is TINY! There is not even a real reception desk. Its almost a small cart if you will with just enough room for a lap top. The waiting chairs are next to it. Talk about awkward. No privacy. Almost feels like a fly by night quack house where it can fold up shop the next day. As I was waiting, I could see the person before me in the medical room getting her treatment. They have a lace see through curtain covering the panel window on the door. Are you kidding? good thing she was just getting her face done! I finally go in and tell her that this is my 5th treatment so I know what to expect. She shows me the cooling roller. It would have been great had she used it! She is supposed to zap/roll/zap/roll. No she roll/zap/zap/zap/roll/zap x 5 etc... Ouch! Then she was VERY spotty randomness. My lady goes very methodically to cover every square inch which usually takes about 20 mins. This gal was done in less than ten. So I go tell my friend about my experience. She says, "You got Angie didn't you?" I said, why yes I did! She agreed that experience was the same for her and says, "that's why she is always available." Now you tell me! This office is Way out of my way but if was going to save $100 thought it'd be worth it but now it is only $50 less and SO not worth it. I don't think that treatment did hardly anything so I can see why people complain it doesn't work. You also have to gel with the nurse who is all in it and we did not gel at all. The saying "You get what you pay for." is totally true here. read more

Top notch! Went for hair removal and Botox. Hair removal was painless and quick! They use a cold roller to numb the area right before the laser is placed. It helps soothe the area. I have gotten Botox from my sister for years, but she moved and I needed to find a new place. I went to another Derm Spa in Sacramento and they were too expensive and did not understand my needs. But, when I told Jill specifically what I was looking for she understood completely and the results are perfect! They use a vein finder to make sure they do not accidentally bruise you which was awesome!! I will continue to go back for others procedures as well! read more

I only wished I had started sooner with laser. I've had two under arm laser hair removal sessions with Morgan and both have been very pleasant. I don't have much hair to begin with, so after the second session 90% of one side is gone and about 70% of the other, I've had the sessions 8 weeks apart but might wait longer to get the next one since different hair follicles do grow in phases. I've had no adverse effects and no pain, or anything. I was very scared at first since I have sensitive skin. I know friends who have gone to other places and they have swelled, red and painful armpits for days. Dr. Cellucci is great, I've had a face beauty treatment by her and she's amazing. My favorite part about this spa is the online booking and they don't push you to buy packages or their skincare. read more

I also bought the Groupon for laser hair removal for a "small area." I'm getting my sideburns, mustache, chin & neck done. I love that the whole face is considered a small area; way better than other spas's I've looked into who would try to break up each area individually. I've had 2 treatments & I already notice a difference. I'm ecstatic over my results so far; it's exceeded my expectations for sure. Dr. Cellucci is great! The office is very nice, modern & clean. A good place to get brazilian bikini laser treatment done. The treatments here are pretty pricey though especially when you have to have many sessions to see good results. 1st time getting laser hair removal (armpits) and Jill and her intern were very informative. The procedure itself felt like a sharp pinch, only lasting 15 minutes max. I was informed that it typically takes 6-8 sessions for permanent removal. Each session for small treatment area is $50 which is affordable! Only down side is that after my initial treatment, there seems to be a lot of follicles appearing (black dots) above surface. Not sure if that's normal or if that's because my skin isn't responding well. Overall, good experience. read more

Yay!! I just had my first session with Jill and she was just so great. The front desk receptionist is very sweet and professional. Jill went through my treatment and was very professional knowing how to follow the temperature of the skin and her experience really showed through. Love this place! I'm in the middle of my laser hair removal process and absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly, booking is SUPER easy (online mobile/call/online website) and the prices are comparable and even cheaper than most places in Folsom. I did a bunch of detective work and I found Jeuvani's Spa to be great on price AND quality. I was referred to Dr.Celluci by a friend, and promptly called to make an appointment. When I called I told them I wanted to get work done on my under-eye bags, to fix them. I let her know that I have big under-eye bags and I have had this procedure done, and would like this taken care of.. she assured me that she does this procedure all the time. When I went into my consultation they did not know who I was and they seemed to have forgotten about my consultation. This was my first red flag, and I should have listened to my gut telling me to run. Anyways I finally went in to get the work done and at check-in, to my disbelief they had lost my paperwork! I have no problem with filling out my medical papers again, but I just thought it was very unprofessional. As we began the appointment I again explained the procedure I wanted, and she reassured me that this is a procedure that they do often. She injected my upper cheekbones, and I thought that was a little odd, I have had this procedure done before and had never had my cheeks injected... Well the days passed, and my eye bags looked worse, they almost seemed to hang over my cheek. I texted Dr.Celluci on December 20th and she did not reply until 3 weeks later, and in the text she did not know who had done my work as they had lost my file once again (I have it in the text)! She said that at the time I had initially made my appointment they were not doing that procedure that I had told her I wanted, so I do not understand why they would have gone through with the procedure. Since my last appointment they had started doing it she would be happy to accommodate me, I went in the third time with no patient profile to be found AGAIN. The results after she had "fixed" my under eye bags were worse, I have people telling me I look sick, as if I got punched, I am almost embarrassed to tell them I had work done. Dr. Celluci mentioned since I came in to fix my under-eye bags the second time "she had given me free cheekbones"... $650 isn't FREE to me. I am overall so unhappy with how unprofessional they are with the paperwork (Either they are very unorganized or do not care about documenting patient history), and the work that was done was not what I wanted. She mentioned for another $700, she could fix it... Sad to say this was a waste of $650.. and now I have to go get this procedure fixed somewhere else by someone who is certified and actually keeps track of their patient paperwork. I've have had 3 visits to Jeuvani and have seen 2 different ladies for my laser hair removal treatments. They both have been extremely friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgable. They not only explained the science behind it, but had in depth recommendations for post-treatment procedures. I was nervous to have the treatment done on my face (I have had the procedure on my underarms at another location, which was painful) - but they made the process SO fast as well as comfortable. It felt like a few flicks of a tiny rubber band. With the paperwork and procedure I was in/out of there in less than 10 minutes.
