She told me it would be stronger and give me the straight, smooth results I wanted, so I trusted her recommendation. Unfortunately, I barely saw any difference in my hair. I also trusted them and bought the expensive shampoo they recommended, even though I had never heard of it before. In my experience, the quality was very disappointing, and I regret spending money on it too. They agreed to redo my treatment at no charge, and I gave them plenty of time and opportunities to fix the situation. I called, messaged, and followed up, but now I'm getting no response. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but after giving them so many chances to make things right and hearing nothing back, I feel completely comfortable sharing my experience. I truly regret spending all that money and getting almost nothing out of it.

Then, when I asked to be re-seen to get my hair done since it looked like nothing had been done to my roots, they tried to convince me that I NEEDED bleach to lighten my hair (which would've cost me additional hundreds of dollars). Mind you, I have a dark brown hair color. Some time has passed and I've consulted multiple hair stylists and they all confirmed I DO NOT need bleach to get my roots the same color. When I complained to the owner, she said I needed to wait for the sun to lighten my hair?? Which is completely absurd. 2 months later and to no shock, my roots aren't lighter. I unfortunately would not recommend or be returning.

While I was waiting I decided to get my eyebrows done too. Sandeep is very nice and professional. I felt comfortable with her doing my lashes and eyebrows.
