Given it was my first time, I preferred to have Melody talk me through what was going on. Throughout the entire process, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Of course, my face was a bit red afterwards from the extractions, but after a couple days my face was feeling and looking a lot better than before.

What reminded me to post it was another compliment on my beautiful skin that I just received from a total stranger while waiting in a doctor's office. I'm in my early 70's. I don't look it. Yah, some of that is genes but a lot is due to care. I *know* a good facial; I've had many over the years. Most are mediocre, or just adequate, or suffer from a poorly designed environment. The two times I found incredible estheticians, I saw each for years (until I couldn't bc of location/life changes), even though they were rather stern (imagine a brusque Russian affect ).
