That is 90 minutes of "me" time where I can put away my day-to-day life and indulge in pampering myself. She has various essential oils available for aromatherapy if you want an uplifting, relaxing, or grounding session, making for a very delicious experience. I also book her periodically for facial services, which leaves my skin looking fresh and feels one hundred times better afterward. They agreed to redo my treatment at no charge, and I gave them plenty of time and opportunities to fix the situation. I called, messaged, and followed up, but now I'm getting no response. I really did not want to leave a negative review, but after giving them so many chances to make things right and hearing nothing back, I feel completely comfortable sharing my experience. Then, when I asked to be re-seen to get my hair done since it looked like nothing had been done to my roots, they tried to convince me that I NEEDED bleach to lighten my hair (which would've cost me additional hundreds of dollars). Mind you, I have a dark brown hair color. Some time has passed and I've consulted multiple hair stylists and they all confirmed I DO NOT need bleach to get my roots the same color. When I complained to the owner, she said I needed to wait for the sun to lighten my hair?? Which is completely absurd. 2 months later and to no shock, my roots aren't lighter. I scheduled my appointment with Sandeep because most of the reviews mentioned how good she was. Nicely decorated shop with quite a lot of people getting services. While I was waiting I decided to get my eyebrows done too. Sandeep is very nice and professional. I felt comfortable with her doing my lashes and eyebrows. I got a lash lift with tint and eyebrows threaded with henna to darken and define them. I was happy with the results and will definitely come back and see Sandeep for more services
