I get my hair cut by Jackie, who's chatty and funny, and knows how to get me looking clean and professional -- given the ring of hair around my bald dome, that's the thing that keeps me from looking like Bozo. I always add on the shampoo and scalp massage, because it's a relaxing moment in a busy week, and the shoulder massage (with old fashioned vibrator on the back of the hand) is the perfect way to end the treatment. The space looks very clean, elegant, and well designed, which immediately gives the place a premium feel.
