Although we had issues before, we were able to work them out. They just don't care about their customers anymore. They now rent linen as well sell them. Which, is not a problem. Unless, they try to pass it off as new. I order 2 cases of a certain size tablecloth that I paid up front as a purchase for NEW not used items. Being in the linen service industry for well over 30 years and having knowledge of fabrics and threads. I can tell when something has been washed or used to be clearer. I received my order 2 days before I need to send to my client. As my production department is inspecting items. They noticed there was a pronounce crease right in the center of each one of the cloths so further inspection was made and they were DIRTY! Not a little dirt from dragging fabric as they are sewn dirty. NO! These are food stains that did not come off after a wash. The edges were worn off with lint on threads on the merrow. I call Stella in customer service and she tells me that since the linen came from China. The crease in the middle is made because the fabric is not big enough so they have to fold it? That made no sense. She probably thought I meant seam. If anything, there would be a fold because the fabric is too big. I say "Okay. what about the stains and the worn-out edges?" She said "We would NEVER send anything like that" and requested for me to send her pictures and she would checked with manager. So she came back with a 10% discount. I am not looking for a discount Stella! I need to you to replace the linen with what I promised my client. What I paid for and was supposed get in the first place. There was not enough time to have them replaced so told them I would send them back after my clients event. They were used anyway. She said she would check with Roger and some other name she gave me. I purchased my item thru Walmart, It arrived in a plain piece of plastic with a piece of scotch tape- no marking of any kind making it impossible for me to attempt to return to the store. I have been attempting to contact this company since the day I received my order, no response. Walmart also sent them a msg- no response. So unless you are 100% certain that you want to keep what you buy from here- no matter what- STAY AWAY--DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! It is inexcusable to not even as much as send a reply. Their policy is 30 day return after day of delivery- isn't that convenient that they refuse to contact you?? Also there is no place on the site to write a review... Wonder why that is??? Bet I know! I will never purchase from this company again- and I strongly encourage others to join me as I look elsewhere for my products.
