    !!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!…read more After posting my review, I spent time reading through many of the other patient reviews that I had not previously seen. What I found was genuinely concerning. Although every patient's experience is different, I noticed recurring themes spanning multiple years, not just one or two isolated complaints. Numerous patients described unexpected charges, insurance verification issues, difficulties obtaining documentation, poor communication, inconsistent billing information, lack of follow-up, and feeling left without clear answers. Reading those reviews made me realize that my concerns regarding financial transparency and documentation may not be as isolated as I initially hoped. For that reason, I believe it is important for prospective patients to do their research before committing to treatment. Read the reviews carefully. Ask questions. Request copies of your financial estimate, treatment plan, insurance verification, and any documentation supporting your financial responsibility before authorizing treatment. I also continue to await the documentation I requested regarding my own account. If the office remains unwilling or unable to provide the records necessary to explain how my additional balance was determined, I will be filing formal complaints with the Arizona State Board of Dental Examiners and requesting that my insurance carrier review the insurance verification and billing process associated with my treatment. Transparency should never be optional when patients are making financial decisions involving thousands of dollars.

    I had a very frustrating experience with this dental office…read more I initially scheduled an appointment and received a call saying they needed to reschedule because it conflicted with their lunchtime. While inconvenient, I agreed and rescheduled for the following week. Then I received another message stating they needed to reschedule again at the last minute. When I called, the representative told me it was because I did not confirm over the phone. However, I received email notifications for each appointment instructing me to confirm through the email link. I clicked confirm each time and received a message stating that my appointment had been successfully confirmed. Despite that, the day before my appointment, they called once again to reschedule. The message again stated they were sorry for the last minute change. This happened twice. Both times the appointment had been properly confirmed through their own system. Additionally, the representative I spoke with was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the scheduling errors, the responsibility was shifted onto me. This level of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable. Patients' time should be respected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office.

I picked this place because it was near my work... 8 minutes away. They text me asking me to come 15 minutes early for paperwork and the appointment would take 2 hours . Got there at10am left work. They took two different x rays and 360! One that u stand and machine that goes around your whole mouth. Then another one that typical one in sections of the mouth. Mind you I came in for one broken tooth. Then the dental hygienist comes in and does examination and says all my gums are infected... I need procedure. Then I see the dentist and he tells me I need a tooth extracted from the opposite side that is perfectly fine and doesn't hurt at all. I need a crown on my broken tooth. Which I kind of knew that since I didn't have pain and needed another crown on another tooth. Which I knew that. They send me back out to talk to financial person. She proceeds to tell me ... I needed $18,000 of work but after insurance I would need to pay $11,000. I said take everything off and do my crown for my broken tooth. That would be $635.00 out of pocket . I said ok let's fix my tooth. And by now it's 12:00pm and I still don't have my tooth fixed. Which I still have to back to work. The young lady says ... oh we have to do deep cleaning first before doing the tooth. And we can fit in at 1p. Because we have to that first other wise your crown won't warranty. I got upset and said you guys don't have to do my whole mouth to fix my one tooth . She was trying to up charge another service ... I said look this sounds like scam ! I have had a crown put on with another tooth! I have never heard an office saying if we put on a crown and if it falls off we won't back it up. Unless u do another procedure instead of focusing on the broken tooth. I ended walking out . Don't go there ! Beware they are trying to up charge people !!!
