Went in for a lost filling in bottom two front teeth. They insisted on doing 2 crowns for over $2,000. Without my approving a color match they went ahead and made 2 crowns with their fancy 3d printer. End result was 2 crowns that do not even come close to matching the rest of my teeth. When confronted, the owner of the clinic (mrs wynn) was very discourteous and kicked me out of the office because I did not have an appointment. Come to find out, they knew they did not have a color to match my teeth but went ahead and made the crowns so that they would not have to "send out" to have them made which would have cost more. Review gonna be all over the place but it's real! If you're anything like me and am very selective on anything and very reserved person and most importantly need or want dental help please either go in and get seen or call to make an appointment. You will not regret it with this place. I am one of the people that truly hated going to the dentist cause of how bad my teeth were (literally rotting in my late 20s). Every time I previously went to the dentist the dentist and assistants would always make me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, ashamed of my teeth which that would fill me with more anxiety, stress, and depression so I wouldn't go back for treatment. But at this place I got NONE of that. Yes like always they comment on the condition of my teeth but solely focused on what I came in for. Very calming and considerate staffing, the dentist and assistants were all amazing, you could tell they truly do care and are there to help any way they can. They didn't talk down but talked from understanding and concern. They made sure to make sure that I was comfortable and knew what was going on. Moral of the story is I didn't feel like another number or test dummy to a dentist or assistant moving onto the next one but felt like a human that was being helped by human beings that's actually care. So I came into this place Saturday morning no reservation with emergency pain and within 10 minutes I was seen and gotten to work on. After X-rays and all that we found out I needed a tooth pulled cause of an infection that got to the nerve. They didn't sugar coat it or try to get me to agree to other procedures first, simply told me how it was, what needed to be done and ASKED me what I wanted to do, not TELL me what to. I chose to pull it then and there due to it being the most effective method, paid (swipe of a card easy, not sure others financial situation (I had dental insurance help) but they did offer a payment program) and went on my way. I'm glad I listened to that little voice because that's how I found West Bell dental. I read all of the dentist's impressive background and reviews. So glad I took The leap! In short, my crown popped out and needed it to get replaced quick since i didn't want my tooth exposed. I called west bell and the front desk staff (spoke to kaitlin) was amazing. Got me scheduled so quick to see Dr Wagh! I read the great reviews about him and took it to heart and it didn't disappoint. His bedside manners were great and calming. He took his time with me and reassured me that I will be taken care of. He even worked with my ortho since I'm currently going through an Invisalign journey. Even Dr Wynn came to say hi while I got my cleaning Done. It already felt like a family on my first day. Though I was sad to leave my old dental place, I'm really happy to have found a new place to take care of my teeth. I even got a tour of their amazing space. It truly made me feel welcome! I went there previously and paid out of pocket because I didn't have Dental Insurance. I have Dental now and I called to make an appointment for a routine cleaning and exam. I asked the lady on the phone if they accept my dental and gave her my ID and Group #s. I told her I did not wish any out of pocket expenses if insurance did not cover. She told me they took my insurance and we scheduled the appointment. I asked her to verify and to call me prior if there was a problem. When I arrived at my appointment I gave her my card and asked if all was ok because I never received my phone call. She then told me that they do not accept. Completely incompetent and dropped the ball and wasted my time and gas to get there. I will never go back. read more

OMG!! Simply the best!! I came from out of state and had an emergency pain, walked in 8am when they opened, confirmed my insurance and had me taking X-rays in no time. Front reception area was super nice and understanding, entire staff team was super friendly, very clean office, I felt safe and knew this was the right spot to go to. Dr came confirmed everything and gave me 3 recommendations, I choose the worst case as I knew they would do a great job. No pain at all, prescribed antibiotics, gave me a special mouthwash to use, and was out of there in no time, I didn't want to rush them but I told them I was in town for a baseball tournament and I was in-n-out. I liked them so much I scheduled a revisit for a cleaning just before leaving out of town back home! This office is very beautiful, clean, and brand new! Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was overdue for a cleaning and check up. With all of their protocols in place (screening questionnaire, temperature check, glass barriers, hand sanitizers, social distancing, masked patients etc) I felt very safe. The ladies at the front desk (Chelsea, Naomi, and Celine) were welcoming and kind. Dr. Wynn was thorough in explaining her exam findings with me and I felt very well taken care of. I love this dental office! I am from out of town but I was in the area and needed some dental work done immediately. I was very pleased with this office and I want to find something exactly like it in my hometown! Not only does it feel like a spa, but the customer service is amazing. Also, the staff is taking all necessary COVID-19 safety measures including temperature checks, PPE gowns, and KN95 masks. I was very impressed that they even showed me how they are sterilizing the instruments and used an antibacterial rinse before my procedure. The office is clean and very modern. The front desk staff was friendly and greeted me upon arrival. My wait time was minimal, the assistant and Hygenist Cody were friendly and answered all my questions, the cleaning was very detailed and well done. I really want to rant and rave about my experience with Dr. Andy Wagh at West Bell dental care! I had a 4 hour dental surgery yesterday with Dr. Wagh, and it was the most Positive experience ever!!! I dislike dental stuff because of a prior experience, but Dr. Wagh and staff have earned my trust. He has the absolute best chair side manner, and is so gentle and caring. Never once did I feel like "just a patient". I have an underlying disease(not dental related), and there are certain meds I can and can't take. When I got there yesterday, he told me that he had researched my rare illness and verified all the meds he was going to use were not going to affect my illness. He used a special type of anesthetic rather than just the normal one, as he researched that one was safer. The fact that he did that means so, so much to me and I cannot thank him enough. Overall, my entire experience has been positive, from the front office to the back. Now I just rest and heal. I have definitely found my permanent dental office!! read more

STAY AWAY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! My wife went because she was in pain and had a tooth that had already been treated with a root canal that needed to be retreated or extracted. I have been in the dental field specializing in oral surgery and endodontics for almost 20 years and my mother has been the head of a dental college in California and working in the field since 1979. I asked for a PA (single x-ray) showing the root of the tooth and they did it with a panoramic x-ray which is always what is done WRONG they said that my wife had to do a CT scan because it now was effecting multiple teeth. YOU CAN SEE THE INFECTION ON THE TOOTH WITHOUT THE CT! When my wife said we were in the dental field the Dr. said then go to them and treated my wife like a child and was very rude. My wife was nervous, scared and in pain for a Dr. to snap and treat someone like that is rude. The Dr. then made my wife get the CT which we use only when placing implants or doing oral surgery for like a class 3 ortho patient where the jaw has to be broken and fixed into place. I sent all images and info that was being given to my mom and to 3 other dentist in California they all said RUN! This is fraud and they are shady. The one dentist said in all of his years he has never order a CT unless it was regarding an implant with a possible sinus lift not a extraction or root canal that you can see everything on the basic x-rays. This is very scary and upsetting to me that someone would treat someone like this. Is it because my wife is gay? It isn't about cost it was about treatment and respect! read more
