Dr. Blazic is so professional, kind, and highly educated. So impressive that he's an MD and DDS! Dr. Blazic called me himself later in the day on the day of surgery. Unfortunately my visits as an adult were always by emergency care and never by personal desire. The outside of the building is older - but the inside is delightfully decorated. This office has ample seating and a small refrigerator filled with water bottles for convenience. Per my recent visit with Dr Michael Thompson, his demeanor was calm and his bedside manner was stellar!! I was told by another dentist at another location that I would need a root canal - Instead I opted to get a second opinion on my own at Litchfield Endodontics with Dr Michael and he stated I did not need one and opted to fix my cracked tooth instead. The technology of their 3-D scanner made my visit efficient and smooth. I felt like I was in and out quickly. The staff at this office are kind and really made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I got a second opinion from Dr. Gustus. He went over every area of concern and explained everything so thoroughly in person! We decided to watch a couple teeth to see how they are on my next visit since the decay was tiny. We determined the rest didn't need to be fixed at all! One office worker called me back after many calls to speak with the doctor's assistant. * So I wound up with a temporary filling - to cover the "exposed tissue" which is now cracked and broken. And no one to return my calls!!!
