They didn't do it at all. The Bradley representativey never told us that they might not be able to pull out whatever was causing the clogged sewer line at all. We would never use this plumber ever again because they misrepresented what they would do. Update:After I made this review, the plumber went out again and ran a camera thru the sewer line and they sent me the video showing a tree root in the sewer line. His video and my snapshotphoto of his video clearly shows that the tree root blocks almost the entire sewer line. The plumber claims that he 'cleared' the sewer line but obviously that's not the case at all.

Repairs included pulling and installing a new toilet, replacing a shower drain gasket, and replacing a shower faucet stem. The repairs were completed at a fair price and no issues since. Then today, 8/29, I had to call to get someone out to diagnose a different leak that seemed to be from the irrigation system. Jackie was awesome on the phone in getting someone scheduled to come out in a window that started within an hour of the call. Then Justin Kinsey took it to a whole other level. He arrived about an hour later. Diagnosed the issue and got our interior water turned back on, which we had overcautiously turned off to get the leak to stop. He explained the issue and location, then provided a fair quote for future repairs. And didn't even charge us for the call, diagnosis, or getting the interior water back on. He had me go to Lowes (online) and order the replacement unit, so I wasn't paying a markup from the installer. He picked up the unit from Lowes and just charged for the install. The advantage in this is you can chose the unit you want by quality and price. Units with longer warranties will cost more, probable between 6 to 12 years, so you get to decide what best for you without a installer charging a big markup. I was able to was my military discount for 10 % off. Another advantage is you are the one purchasing the unit. If there is a problem with the unit in the future you can go back to the manufacturer or Lowes (who I have found to be very good at backing up their sales). If your installer provides the unit he may not be in business in 9 to 10 years. Install was completed quickly. I had three other quotes before calling Gabe. Working with One Shot was 20% less then the next lowest bid and half the price of the highest bid. Will use them again for any plumbing issues.

I received several responses with quotes, and Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter was the first company to reach out. I contacted them around 5 PM on Wednesday, and they were able to schedule a free estimate for Friday. Dan Burke showed up right on time. He was professional, efficient, and easy to talk to. Like the other companies I spoke with, he recommended repiping as the best solution for the long run. He gave me an estimate for the project and also mentioned that if the office couldn't schedule the repair on Monday, he could stop by to do a quick temporary fix to stop the leak and then come back when they could finish the job. I really appreciated that because I don't like wasting water. The price Dan quoted was also very reasonable compared to the other companies. After thinking it over, I decided to go with Desert Water Plumbing and Rooter and called the office to schedule the appointment. They weren't able to do the repipe on Monday but scheduled it for Tuesday. Dan did come by on Monday to help temporarily stop the leak.
