Al's Plumbing is awesome. Al's does not have a "minimum" service charge. I needed a repair in my garage on the water softener loop. The one inch copper line had a leak in one of the joints . I called Al's yesterday at 3:00 p.m.. I explained my problem and Al told me that he would fit me in "today." I could not believe that he would be so accommodating. This is what I call "excellent service." Al came to my home when he had already completed his scheduled calls for the day. (On a Friday night) This plumbing fix was complicated. It required parts to be cut and removed. He also had to re-solder the new 1" copper lines back in place. This job took an hour an one half to complete. Throughout the job Al was courteous. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. While he was at my home working, I told Al that he had recently received some negative feedback about his pricing. He explained what had happened on that past job. He went on to explain that he had even "refunded" the customers money. He even showed me a copy of the check that he had written and refunded the customers money. Lets get this straight Al's Plumbing does "not" charge a "minimum" service fee. With all the work that he did for me, on short notice. Al's total bill including parts and labor did not even reach the amount that the previous negative feedback called a "minimum" service fee. Al's Plumbing is an honest, legitimate business. His charges are reasonable and in line with other plumbers in our area. His service is "outstanding." And he is a "professional." Great local plumber with great, fair prices. I called around before getting my water heater replaced and nobody can beat the service, pricing, and warranty that he offers. He took the time to talk to talk me through the replacement process and was super quick with the install. He even taught me how to flush out my water heater every 6 months and provided a log that is on the tank for easy recording. He truly is a great plumber and his great customer service. Outrageous: We called them because we needed to remove a sink in order to paint the powder room. A worker came and in 15 minutes he removed. Yesterday when he came to put it back, after 20 minutes, he gave us the bill: over $400 . When we called to ask why so much, we were told that they have a minimum of $200 per job. This company is AWESOME!! I had an emergency a couple of weeks ago very early in the morning where my shower wouldn't turn off so i had no choice but to turn the water off and get to work. I called numerous plumbers when i got to work with nobody answering that early except for Al. He was the only plumber that picked up at 6am in the morning and was willing to get me on the schedule for a 3pm appointment to come out and fix the problem. I called him back after scheduling the appointment because i needed this fixed earlier than 3pm and without hesitation agreed to come out by 10:30am.
