Terrible quality, and inattentive service. This place is very unprofessional and unorganized. Although this place is budget-friendly and somewhat cheap if you can invest a bit more into your hair/haircut/style, do yourself a favor and find another place. This place used to be good, not anymore. I am very disappointed in what this establishment has turned into/become over the years. I have been coming here on and off ever since I was in high school (around 2014-2016), and I have seen how much the quality has decreased. The haircuts are rushed, and they don't seem to really care how it turns out at all. I just recently decided to cut the hair that I had been growing over the past 2 YEARS (thanks to the pandemic) and I did not get anything remotely close to what I asked for. My hair was past shoulder length and all I asked was for was a trim to keep my hair tamed, styled, and long. Instead, I was disposed of very quickly without any regard for what I wanted. My hair is completely short now and not how I wanted it at all. At some point, it was uneven and had to point it out. Very unprofessional, sad to see it happen, they do not care and will give you what they want. read more

Terrible service and quality. Overpriced, rushed and rude. From the start, I was not welcome and it went downhill from there. The woman cut way too much hair off completely disregarding my requests, applied random cheap product without discussing it with me, and continued to burn me with the blow dryer even after I mentioned it was too hot. This place was pretty cool. I just walked in and they had a chair ready for me, at first I was nervous because it was pretty empty, for a Saturday, but it filled up quickly. I got my hair dyed and cut, they worked very fast which made me nervous but the quality was good. My sister also had her eyebrows waxed and they came out great. The overall look of the place may not be very appealing but they definitely did a good job. read more

This place is cool because Aida, the owner and stylist gets the job done with no extras. She has her music bumping and she sings along. She's kind of wild and you can tell she's hella tough and a survivor. Go support your local business owned and operated by a single Latina mama. Worst place I've ever been to. Terrible terrible customer service. I walked in with my mom for her haircut, weren't even greeted. We had to say hello first! Then the owner who is also the stylist was super rood and didn't even take time to cut my moms hair nicely. I mean literally took her 5 minutes and it looked terrible! I told my mom to ask her to adjust a few pieces that were long and Aida(stylist) told my mom that it wasn't my business to say anything about the haircut since I wasn't the one on the chair!
