8 years ago I received a gift certificate for the salon that Julia owned called Social Beauty. I thought I would get lashes for my cousins wedding. Well, 8 years later I had never taken them off and up until COVID; no one else had touched my lashes in 8 years. Whenever makeup artists would do my makeup for events, every single one of them would say they had never seen better lashes EVER; they couldn't even tell where the extension was that's how good they were. Unfortunately I went to an underground person during COVID which was a HUGE mistake that I will never make again--luckily Julia was able to revive them and my new set is up and running. Thank goodness my face is back to life, including my brows, tinting and spray tans--don't bother going anywhere else, she is the BEST artist in San Francisco. I've been trusting Julia with my brows for almost 5 years - first when she was at Social Beauty Co, then at Dermal Essentials, and now at Estyjewels. She works magic on brows - she's the only person I've ever gone to who has been able to make something out of nothing (aka my invisible/super blonde & sparse brows). Would highly recommend for threading/waxing but especially for tinting for anyone with lighter brows like mine - I see her for a thread & tint combo every 2 - 3 months and my brows have never looked better! She is also so sweet and accommodating - not to mention, she has amazing brows herself which is what you want in the person you are trusting with such an important part of your face!
