Selected the $70 one with stones and paraffin etc. I felt this was pricy but the area probably allows it. It is 8/18 today and my feet still look like I didn't receive the pedicure. Lady tech ddnt speak English well. That is ok, But I was sure she understood I did not want gel again. Lady next to us translated my request. Stones were cold, lady warmed them up, and then burned my skin. I asked her to forget them. Kept telling her "no" with my hands. Our translator had left for the evening. This place does the nail polish b4 they do the pedicure. Never heard of that. They claim because of oils. Whatever, that is what alcohol is for. At the end of the service the "manager" insisted I get charged for the gel even if I ddnt ask for it. He said I should have payed attention to the lady's work. We were seated as soon as we picked our colors and our feet were immersed in blazing hot water. I got burned on my foot! They quickly remedied the situation but then the gentleman left we waited, and waited for someone to come and say something, anything. It was over 20 min beg someone came and asked what service we wanted. It was like they made sure our feet were wet to make it less likely that we would leave. A simple statement saying that they were running a bit behind would have made us feel much better but we felt forgotten. There is a language barrier so that may have been part of the issue. Anyway, once we got started, it was smooth sailing from there. We both had meticulous attention to our feet. All dead skin removed and nails shaped nicely. The gentleman did a lovely job. We moved on to my nails. Another gentleman that spoke no English took painstaking care to trim my cuticles and get my little nubby nails looking nice. The language barrier was no issue as nice gestures needs no translation. We both received a classic pedi and basic gel mani and I left a 20% tip which came out to around $180. I will go back again.

Instead of giving me what I ordered, they intentionally piled on a paraffin wax treatment and a hot stone leg massage that I NEVER asked for. They did this on purpose because they knew I was from out of state and assumed I wouldn't fight it. To cover up the scam, they tried to act "nice" by handing me a 10% off coupon and a cheap bottle of cuticle oil. Do not be fooled by their fake gifts--it is just a distraction tactic to keep you from realizing you were overcharged! On top of that, they charge a penalty fee if you use a credit card, forcing you to pay cash so they can refuse to print an itemized receipt. The pedicure was done completely out of order, my toes were painted first and then she did the soak and exfoliation afterward, which makes no sense. At checkout we realized we were charged more than the menu price we were shown at the beginning. My friend was charged $58 for a basic pedicure that didn't even include paraffin, and they added $13 (to 45$ service) which was more than the price we agreed to. To top it off, less than 24 hours later my gel polish is already chipping, which should never happen with proper gel. Between the misleading pricing, sloppy service, and cheap products, this place feels more like a scam than a salon. We will definitely not be returning.
