I can't say enough good things about this shop. I was not quite sure at first, when we pulled up, but as soon as we entered the doors and we were greeted by the owner and her daughter, the warmth overflowed. They took their time showing my daughter different options and expertly clamping them in the back to show her how they would look in her size, adding fabrics and other options. We ended up buying a few dresses! Her ceremony dress will be ordered and their ordering window is less than all of the other salons we went to. The other dresses were her size and off the rack for other events. Brandi, the owner, worked with us to find exactly what my daughter wanted, and to make her smile bigger than I've ever seen. It was magical! Brandi will work with you to stay within your budget. She was gracious, generous, and fun. The first time we went, we took bridesmaids with us. Today was day to pick up the suit & they never ordered it & they said they'd be closing within 30min & wouldn't be open again until Monday. I got my wedding, flower girl dress and bridesmaid dress here. I can't believe they had my dress a week before my wedding with months in advance paid in full and measurements taken. They do it all at the last minute. Setting a big event like a wedding is stressful enough and to know a few weeks before that your dress is not here yet, it was so stressful and to know that they could of brought it months before because it was paid for they did side not to and wait till the last minute. It SUCK!!! Worried. Idk but you want a reliable place to order your dress is not this place. They make appointment and don't deliver. They say they call u don't trust that because they don't call. If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Can't say enough bad things about this "boutique". My GF was part of a bridal party and the bride decided to use this place, we left a 100 deposit for the dress that was supposed to be made using material that the bride had bought and provided. Due to circumstances out of everybody's control, the wedding was postponed to a year later. All this "seamstress" did was take measurements and nothing else and yet she refused to refund the 100$ deposit for a severely overpriced dress that she never even made or ordered. She refused to understand that she had ni right to keep the money and had the nerve to say that it didnt matter that she didn't make a dress. Be weary of this place, they have a mediocre selection of mostly outdated suits and dresses from a nightmarish 80s prom. This place is awful for business. As you've read in my previous posts, I didn't have a good experience with them to begin with. The wedding is less than 2 weeks away and this place barely decides to call the bride (not me) to tell me they don't have the color of material needed to make the dress I ordered. And my deposit is not refundable to boot. Thankfully it was only $25 which I just let the bride keep to pay her balance on alterations for her wedding gown. Be careful if you go here and make sure they understand EVERYTHING including the date you need your dress. They were off by a month of the wedding date eventhough the paperwork HAD the correct date. They claim they called me (they didn't) even though the copy of my receipt (on duplicate paper) had my phone number on it -_- Not happy at all. I came here for my wedding and let me tell u she was so sweet n nice n seemed like she knew everything very knowledgeable with her designs. Well as my wedding came closer she started making so many mistakes! from the grooms tux to the price on bridesmaids dresses she lied about the price n charged more! Then for my daughters flower girl dress she had to get fitted 5 times! Also she lied about the time she closes to be able to leave earlier when one of the groomsmen was already on his way she denied him! She takes cash/debit n credit , I paid with my debit! And when my groom showed up she refused his cars only wanted cash! Worst experience EVER!! the dress fitting was always off, every time we were asked to go back for fitting it was never right...the ladies there always said "don't worry" dresses will be ready on time....went back for fittings the dress still looked the same nothing was done my dress was too big in size everywhere...wasn't properly made all the lining of the dress was cut terribly! at the end the lady was being RUDE and I won't mention her name thought she was always right....never said they would take care of the dresses or get them fixed. My dress was still incomplete the lining, the back zipper was off and the back of the dress was un-even. If you want your dresses to be perfect and ready on time think twice about going to this shop HORRIBLE!!!!!!! read more

Two weeks before my dress wasn't ready. Actually I have to pick it up 1 day before the wedding. The owner kept on promising me it will be ready and she will take it to my house since it was late. I order my bouquet and I had to pick it up the night before. I didn't get what I wanted for what I pay. And it was too late to make any change. Eternity Bridal is the worst dress shop I have ever had the experience of doing business with. The owner Daisy is unprofessional rude. She's good at asking for money all the time. But bad at showing results for your dresses. I went there to have my wedding dress made. I went months in advance so I wouldn't have the stress. That was in early may for a sept wedding. She didn't start making the dress till sept. But she kept asking for money in between. As a matter of fact she didn't finish it till 3 days before the wedding. She butchered my reception dress I took in to just have cut. And replace a zipper. Instead when I tried it on it didn't fit anymore. Either Daisy or her seamstress must have taken it in. When I asked her why doesn't the dress fit? She said she didn't touch it and I must have gotten FATTER! She made it seem like it was my fault. We had a screaming match in the store. Funny thing was Daisy had said that wk I had lost weight when she measured me. She eventually let it out. After much fighting. Did I mention another customer had the same problem with her bridesdress the same day Daisy was fixing mine. And let's not start on my bridesmaids dresses. Thank god my maid of honor knew some sewing and was telling Daisy what mistakes she made and what Daisy had to re do. My girls went 3xs for re-do's of there bridesmaids dress because of mistakes. If your going to go to this shop please be prepared to be stressed out. Because nothing will be on time or done correctly until you complain. This place is beyond disappointing and not worth the stress. If I had known all this was going to happen I would have stayed at davids bridal. Yeah you pay alot. But piece of mind is worth so much more than the money. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I don't think this lady is a seamstress at all. Or overestimates her skill level. I wish I could have given a better review but unfortunately it was not a good experience. Even with all the measurements, the dress still did not fit well. they did not make the dress I requested. And when I pointed out that I felt it didn't look the same, they insisted the finished product would look like the pic. I did not even look close. They didn't offer to fix it, but only defended their work. Everyone I showed the picture to agreed that the top was indeed different. Not only mine but others in the wedding party. Also one of the other ladies dress had a zipper came off, and their response was that it was fine when you came for the fitting. No customer service whatsoever and they do not stand by sub par work. No accountability and no offer to fix any of the issues. Could not possibly recommend. Save your self from the frustration and possible lawsuit. It will ruin your day trying to reason with these people. read more

I dont recommend this place at all..I didn't have a problem until 2days before the event. My event was to be on a Friday and I had ordered tuxedo for 4 boys, for my daughters sweet sixteen. I was told by the owner that I would have to pick them up Wednesday. Giving us a day in between to make changes if need be. Well Wednesday came and I was told that it was communicated to them that I was to pick them up Thursday at 4:30pm!! I was beyound upset!! Besides the fact that it gave no room for changes and that Thursday was reserved for rehearsal and setting up the banquet hall! And now to rush and hope the get the changes done if need be. They swear up and down that they told me that pick up date was for Thursday,it just dont make sense!! The manager so happen to be on vacation for 2 months I wish see would have left more responsible people in charge. So people beware and have everything in writing cause the communication skills are lacking. Lets hope we don't need much changes done read more
