This vibrant box is one of my happy places. I've been CrossFitting for over a decade, so have belonged to enough gyms over the years to know when I've struck gold. The warm community is the best part imho, as I have two young kids, who are always welcomed into the mix, and included in events outside the gym like hikes, beach days and pickleball night. While I'm not currently a "competitive" athlete - there's plenty of members here that are. There's a reason so many coaches from surrounding gyms train here, and oh, another member just competed in the Master's Division at the 2023 CrossFit Games. So there's that. People of all ages, fitness levels, and from varying stages of life create this unique, and fun experience at Eternity. I've been a member of Family/24hr Fitness since 1987 and have gotten in pretty good shape since then. Three months after joining Eternity CrossFit, I am in the best shape of my life. Over 2 years ago I moved from overseas and was eager to try CrossFit. Very hard workout but very supportive trainers. I love that we can do it outside.

I started going to Eternity Crossfit a little over a year ago. I was bringing my son to the teen classes and he loved it. Everyone was so nice and encouraging that I thought to myself "I should be doing this!". And so I signed up. I had been a runner for over 20 years, but had gotten so busy with work and life, that I stopped running and completely let myself go for four years. After doing crossfit for just a month, I started to feel like myself again! I was happier, had more energy and was thinking more clearly. Coming here was the only thing I've ever done that even comes close to the feeling I would get while running! Gary and his staff are so amazing!! They genuinely care about helping you get to a better place. They are so nice and it really is fun to workout - even though it kicks your butt:) I never thought I'd see the day where I could do pull-ups and box jumps, but here I am-over 40-and it's happening!
