I called the shop as I was leaving the office and the person on the other end of the line was their "after hours" employee who does not work at the shop and only takes flower orders. She informed me that the shop closed at 3:30, on Valentine's Day! She said there was no way to get a hold of anyone from the shop. Needless to say, planning ahead did nothing but give me the opportunity to stop at Kroeger, with all of the other last minute flower shoppers( Maybe they all ordered flowers from this place too), to buy my wife a bouquet.
