A few gentlemen were outside whom welcomed us in. For this to be a large warehouse, they didn't really have alot of options available. The options were decent, but nothing I was looking for or comparable to the website. I think it could use some work on the outside and with the inventory and that might help get more customers in, as it was very empty. The furniture we selected was ordered and arrived in a timely fashion. The quality is superb and the price is reasonable. As the years passed, we only shopped at this store when we needed carpeting and new mattresses. We recently replaced our sofas to update our living room.The service we receive is exceptional and we highly recommend shopping at this fine furniture store.

She looked at me with disdain and told me in no uncertain terms that she was not involved my purchase and had no idea where it was. It was the tone of her delivery and look on her face. When I went to the register the Manager was very nice and advised I could get a credit on what I purchased at another location of Hobby Lobby. To just go in with the two receipts one for the fabric and one for the total that is charged to your card. Also surprised that they give bags here for free as there other location in SC does not. I am new to the area so learning all these interesting nuances of businesses here. Definitely would come back to this location.

5-15-24 Afternoon…read more Came specifically to Pottery Barn to buy a lightweight bed cover. Either a quilt or blanket to match the Duvet cover and shams we already have from Pottery Barn. Being it was my first time to this location I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking for customers behind the store. That alone warrants them an extra star. Once inside surprised by the concrete flooring they looked like they were under renovation but who do I ask? I get to work to see where the bedding is and a couple displays to inspire me. I chose the quilt in a king size in a floral stitch flax color. I go to the register that had no customers and asked the sales associate for the item in the size needed. She checked in the back and was gone a long time I figure I got a 50/50 chance they will have it. Pleasantly surprised I was brought one still in its plastic wrapped up. I was than rung up on the register. No sale unfortunately but they haven't had any sales in a while. Just thankful I got what I needed. Definitely needed to see in person the stitching detail which you can't really see online. Not the color of my etoile shams will go with it. Definitely will return again for all my future needs.
