All the rain seems to have brought some unwanted visitors aka invasion of small black ants. Luckily, my friend gave me the referral to Randy and his company. My friend has been using his services for over 20 years and 3 homes.
A referral is the best way to gather information and begin a search for reputable and suitable companies. For anyone reading this review, lucky for you as I contacted and compared 4 companies including Etheridge Pest Services. One being our current termite inspection company from the builder. Another one with many reviews and the last another referral from HVAC provider.
My decision, evaluation and rating (5 stars) based on the following:

*****Understanding customer needs, addressing concerns and areas to be treated, and expectations
*****Efficiency to secure appointment, provide payment information, excellent customer service from both the owner and the technician, respect of the homeowner and property, and call if there are any issues.....NO additional fees to come back.
BIG PLUS: + NO unnecessary contracts required as some companies require a 1 year contract and service every 45 days.
I requested my upcoming appointments through the end of the year every 2 months and re-evaluate for quarterly services going forward. Randy was very patient, returning my calls, and answering all my questions and concerns after hours as requested. Communication is key to getting the issue under control, then maintenance.
