After many calls and a week later, someone finally texted me only to let me know the property was rented. I asked why I was never contacted as I had continuously sent requests from the first day listed only to be told I had to apply to even be able to see the rental. Well a simple response to any of my multiple messages would have sufficed so I could have the chance to rent the property. It makes absolutely no sense. This really shows bad communication skills from a realtor. As someone in the industry it is not hard to communicate with potential clients. I was very excited to find this opportunity in the area I had been searching in for quite sometime and seemed like a perfect fit for me. Seeing the terrible reviews here really paints a picture. Guess its a blessing they didnt have the decency to contact me back.

I sent him credit reports,financial statements, he even went the lengths of putting together a lease agreement. Throughout the process it was teeth pulling. Brad never contacted me or gave me updates on the situation, I always had to follow up, he never returned my calls. Nonetheless I persisted, 1 week before signing the lease he & the party he represents retracted the lease & gave me no reasoning. Leaving me in the dark & not attempting or putting effort into helping me find anothee rental. I would not recommend anyone to Brad and although he is a long time Santa Barbara broker he showed very poor etiquette working with me.
