Best medspa around! I've been getting Botox and lip injections for a few years now and was hesitant to try a new place. Heather Hood did not disappoint! She's knows her stuff and is phenomenally professional. I love that she educated every step of the way really putting my mind at ease. Update: I have met the owner Eloise a few times now and I am ALWAYS blown away with how genuine and professional she is! she truly cares about every client and wants to make you happy at all cost and feel your most beautiful. I used to come to this salon before it was under a new owner and called Etre Belle Beauty, specifically for my hair stylist, Laura Radillo. She seriously is excellent!!! The new renovations are very nice and the salon looks very spacious and comfortable. Upon arriving the workers ask if you'd like a drink or some coffee. The service really adds to the experience, and all the stylists are very welcoming and friendly. The place can be pretty pricey, but so far this is the only place that understands what I want, and what would look good with my face shape. I LOVE THIS SPA!! I had been curious about this place as I walked by it frequently when I at Sephora shopping. I decided I needed to finally stop. When I walked in I was happily greeted by 'Carly' a very pretty blonde. She looked me in the eyes when answering all my questions about Botox and Juvederm. I decided to make an appointment after meeting a few of the technicians which all seemed very nice and knew what they were talking about. I came back a week later to be greeted again by Carly. She made me feel comfortable and remembered my name and why I was there for the day. That made me feel appreciated for my patronage. They did an amazing job on my Botox and Juvederm. They explained everything before hand and numbed the crap out of me :) I will be a regular customer!!! I like being treated like they appreciate my business not as money in their pocket. Walked out confused and full of buyer's remorse... Basically, I wanted to clean up my blackheads on my nose so I booked a purifying facial -- and after some email convo ("the difference between the 50/80 min facials would be in the 80 min facial there would be more massage time, more extraction time and just a bit more pampering") decided to book the 80min one because it had been a long time since I had gotten my extractions and knew it would take awhile When I arrived, the ladies were nice and sat me down in an area with killer seating (props to the interior designers!). Waited a while, which I didn't mind because services like this usually don't run on time, so I had already cleared my schedule for the night The appointment was at 6:30, and it was 7:05 on the clock in the wall when I climbed into the bed. The sheets were very soft (high thread count yeah!). I'm used to estheticians talking a bit during my seasons...at the very least explaining to me what they were seeing about my skin and/or describing what they were doing to my face - but the entire experience was done in silence to the relaxing music. I didn't mind that much, but coupled with the fact it was my first time in this particular salon, that the esthetician worked noticeably quickly (her movements counteracted the relaxing effect of the music, so it was a bit odd during the facial), and that I started getting dressed again at 7:55, it became a very suspicious and annoying problem. So my 80 min facial became a 50 min one - yet when I checked out she told them "80 min, whatever she booked." I was a bit shocked so I told them that I was only there for an hour...but the esthetician then commented that she "took care of me" and pointed to some other expensive facial that she supposedly did on me instead. I didn't want to be pissed off so I asked her about the condition of my nose, and she basically admitted she couldn't do extractions because they were too deep. When I asked if what she did today would help them be easier to extract next time, she said no and told me to "just put nontoxic glue on my nose." So, I came in for a service I didn't receive. I thought about all my facial experiences in the past (I've been getting them since I was a teenager because of my oily skin) and I've never been told such bullshit explanations for my face. Or had an esthetician admit knowingly to my face that the "only issue" with my face was my nose, yet not really try to do anything about it because she didn't want to leave "intentions on my nose," and didn't do anything to help for the future or offer me explanations to what I could do to help fix it. ... Then amidst all this confusion is my bill, which I honestly don't know what I paid for because I was to busy being confused that I had just spent time getting a service I didn't ask for or want. I was told I got a "good deal" and that I prepaid for 2 other facials - but they were all very vague about what the service entailed. They also didn't provide a receipt with an explanation of what I paid for, so I'm pretty sure this operation is either a scam or a poorly run business. I'm going to call later to book my supposed other appointments, but I honestly don't expect that what I was told was true. 2 stars for the music, full size lounge chair, and soft sheets. Zero stars for the service (no massage, barely any extractions, what pampering?). The esthetician was in a rush the whole time and I'm pretty sure she gave me excuses because she didn't want to do the extractions. No offense, but then what am I paying you for? read more

Beautiful spa on the second floor of Northpark! They do facials, laser treatments, pedicures and even hair! My stylist just moved to this location and they have completely renovated the facility. They carry some awesome products including my most favorite in the world Moroccan oil! This stuff smells absolutely amazing in your hair. I wish they sold a perfume it smells so good! Prices are a bit up there but they do specials and sales from time to time. They also have candles and goodies in there which make great gifts. It's a little difficult to find but park over by Nordstrom's and you will be in good shape! read more

Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating. I was a walk-in this morning and wanted a last minute facial. They had someone free and she was lovely and very helpful. She even gave me her number so I could call if I had concerns. However, my facial left me with some burning sensation and brown spots on my right chin. I know, perhaps I should give it time before I review this place but I think she looked a little worried in the room, finishing up my facial. She applied a tinted moisturizer/cream so my face didn't look red or splotchy when I left, but when I washed that off, I noticed the spots. When we walked out, everyone was very sweet and immediately complimented me on how great my face looked. I felt the praising was a bit overboard, which made me wonder if there was overcompensation going on. All in all, my aesthetician was a lovely person and listened to my needs, but maybe she shouldn't have used the 30% salicylate acid to do a chem peel on my skin. She even commented at the beginning that my skin is sensitive. I understand it's hard to know if someone's skin will react badly but I would think to err on the side of caution when it comes to this. The side of my chin is really hurting and I've been having to slather on Aquaphor and aloe vera all evening. read more

I have been going to Etre Belle for services for a little over a year. The last time I was in, a woman who introduced herself as the new owner looked at my debit card receipt and told me that I shouldn't tip her staff so much and all but insisted I change the tip amount while pushing the slip and pen toward me across the counter. I smiled and explained that her staff member takes very good care of me when I visit and also is the only person that I will visit for these services. I was taken aback but dismissed it as a lack of manners and didn't want to become involved further. Two visits ago, Etre Belle sold me a package in which I prepaid for a 3 visit series (in cash) of one type of treatment. After the first of three treatments I decided I did not like the treatment type at all and asked to use the credit for the same treatment type that I have received there frequently in the past. After calling Louis four times, I finally get her on the phone and she told that I would not receive credit for the cash that I paid unless I used it for services that I have never used there or use at all. The excuse was she is the "new" owner was not paid for the cash that I paid earlier before she purchased this company. However, when you purchase a company, there is a line item on the financials for customer credits/pre-payments and it is considered the same as cash in the bank on a financial statement. Louis refuses to allow me to use the service that I have been coming to there for and is willing to lose a faithful client over the ridiculously small amount of $600. What a mistake. I am glad to be handling this is court where she will have to refund me my $600 plus court costs. I cannot believe how this woman treats people, her total lack of business acumen and complete absence of respect for her staff's clientele. Shameful. read more

And then I decide to give them another chance with juvederm to my lips by Sivan and she did them wrong !!!!! my lips look horrible after that , one side bigger than the other and they have a lot of lumps in the upper and bottom , so they have told me to wait two weeks until my lips settle ,so i did wait and my lips still look horrible after that so i went there again and i met the most unprofessional person ((Louis )), and she said okay we have to dissolve the product from your lips now and we will fix it again don't worry !! and they did dissolve the product . And after that i booked another appt i went there to fix my lips and she change her mind and treated me in very disrespectful way and she refused to fix my lips and ask me to pay gain !!! Why i should pay over $420 again when that was your nurse fault !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she started argue with me in very inconsiderate way and then after a long argument she said i apologies i'm not trying to be offended and i will do it for you for free don't worry !!!! And then i booked another appt to fix my lips , i went today morning to their spa and she changed her mind again and said i'm not gonna fix all your lips !! i will put a little bit in the top lip and that's it !!! and she said you are not welcoming here any more after that !!!! I told her for sure i'm not planing to have any more unprofessional experience with your cheap spa and i refused to fix my lips by them .I prefer to go to specialist doctor ,spend more money and feel welcoming and get the result i want than let ignorant people like her treat me like that ! Never ever again!! There's plenty of other places in Dallas to have to put up with an unprofessional and aggressive individual such as her and her unprofessional nurses !! Prices here are horrible.... check around. What they charge for a hydrafacial is highway robbery. They talked me into expensive packages and the machines are always down, broken, missing a part. second my stupid packages are used up I'll never set foot in here again. Lots of the staff are rude. The staff is nice and friendly, but I did not get anything for my money, they returned only half of it. I purchased I LIpo, it didn't do anything to my body! Moreover, I put on 5 pounds. I followed the diet and exercise plan, straight after the procedure I don't know what is the problem. They didn't measure the inches, no the weight, no detailed consultation. I have been a customer at this spa for a few years now. I have always been treated with respect and professionalism. Miah is my go-to person for facials, fraxels, photo facials, and laser hair removal. She is always prompt when I arrive for appointments. She always asks me if I would like water or tea. She is responsive when I have needed to contact her about any questions. I have always considered the prices to be competitive. They run specials and will cut good breaks when you buy a few services at a time. There hours can't be beat. 10am-9pm M-F and open Saturday and Sunday. That is just not seen anywhere. If you are a client, they are generous with samples of really nice products. Allison is my go-to nurse for Botox. Allison always has a warm and friendly attitude. She does not rush me. And, importantly, I feel I can trust her when it comes to how many units I need to do the job. I have had experiences at other places where they watered down the Botox. Needless to say, I was livid bc Botox is pricey. As far as Louise (the owner), I have always had pleasant experiences when I speak with her. She is a businesswoman and I respect that. She pours her heart and soul into that spa. So, some other customers who have commented on her being abrasive....well, I think it is her passion for the business that comes through. Had a facial with Hoda and it was nice. She did try to up sell the Hydra Facial and after being asked a few times I reluctantly accepted because I have rosacea. And, Becky is extremely knowledgeable about skin procedures and all of the spa's services, which means that she makes suggestions to clients based on individual client need. I have never received a cookie-cutter service from Becky, nor has she ever led me astray with her suggestions and insights. She values safety and does not jeopardize her clients' well-being. They have no idea what they are doing. After they rescheduled me 3 times.. I walk in and they still have no idea what to do. I keep getting asked why I was there and who I was seeing. Since they rescheduled me so many times it came to the point i didn't know. Oh and if you want to go in for hormone replacement therapy.. forget it. I was told things I already knew and when I went to give blood for my lab work, they stuck me 3 times and couldn't find a freaking vein. So forget the Botox. LOVE LOVE LOVE this Med Spa. I just happened upon it one day as I was strolling through NorthPark. I happened to notice the beautiful reception area and was in awe of the excellent skin care and hair products that were displayed so I went in to look. I spoke with several of the technicians and estheticians and was very impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I have had two skin pen/PRP procedures done so far and am extremely pleased with the results. Everyone that works there is so very nice and makes you feel special and welcome. I have the utmost confidence in their work and would trust them with any procedure they offer. Their pricing is reasonable for what they do. So I bought some products and signed up for their rewards program, and I get this text that says I have earned a free manicure. SCORE!!! I thought. Well not really. When I called and told them why I was scheduling the appt, the girl on the phone sounded like she wasn't sure what I was talking about, but she gave me time options for their first available on Sunday. I got there and the manicurist was late. She asked me what I was there for and I told her, oh I got a text saying I had a free manicure; she said ok I'll be back and to pick a color, but that I couldn't pick from the OPI or Shellac. She also walked in with Gym clothes, and did excuse herself. Said that she was called in last min. Mind you I called Friday afternoon to make the appt, and the girl making the reservation suggested the time. I am so glad I didn't pay for that!!! I've gotten many manicures in the past, and this was by far the WORST!!!!!!!! I didn't get a hand massage, in fact, she didn't even use that much lotion b/c by the time she got from my wrist to my fingertips there was no lotion!!! I get that red is a hard color to do for a manicure, but truthfully I could have done a better job at my house! Honestly I would have upgraded to a better manicure, if the tech had explained, oh btw this manicure is very basic, and would you like to upgrade to a spa one or something. I came in this afternoon with questions regarding the med-spa. I was patiently waiting behind another customer who was there before me, and the employee told me twice "I'll be right with you." So I finally made my way to what looked like a hair studio, as that was the only place I could find to sit while waiting. I asked for a service menu and the employee was quick to tell me you were out instead of offering a second option (Internet service menu - I had to specifically ask if that was available) She answered my one question and told me she was there by herself and was going back to the front to assist other people coming into the store. I recommend you should keep service menus on hand at all times, keep the store properly staffed ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON and provide an adequate seating arrangement in the front of the store to appease waiting customers. All of these things I could have over-looked if I felt I was treated as a valued customer. However, the experience I had with this particular employee is the reason I will not come in for any of your services. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SALON!!! I REPEAT DO NOT. Especially Brittany Deen, she is absolutely awful and cuts every corner possible. This was even more prevalent at her salon when she was renting her own booth. She does not care about the health or condition she leaves peoples hair in after extensions. She literally took mine out with no kind of oil and did not massage them out and just ripped them out with no regard for my hair condition. I was witnessing my hair fall out due to her just ripping them out. She took only about 10-15 minuets to take out a full head of hair which should have taken over an hour. I would have spent any amount of money to have this down properly and trusted her only to find myself in the worst situation ever. On top of that she had no time to take mine out and was in the middle of a color processing and cut and could have been honest and had someone else do it...but she was so embarrassed about how she had originally put them in, she did not want anyone else to see. To make matters worse she then stuck in her brush and pulled down ripping out the very little remainder of my hair. she did not try and be gentle or detangle, or even care about my feelings. She was rude, and very aggressive. I was begging her to stop and do it myself, and she would not let me (she did not want me to leave the salon in that state obviously) and said i would be impatient and rip all my hair out?.. so not sure the difference bc i left with nothing left...i had lost about 6 inches of hair and all the density!
