We did the bath ritual, full massage, and scalp massage...and every part of it was absolutely divine. We got checked in, got in our robes and sandals and grabbed some fruit infused water and some snacks (peanut-raisin-MnM mix & dried fruit). We were offered champers but opted not to drink that day. The bath ritual was such a unique and calming way to start, setting the tone for total relaxation/sensual fun. The massages were incredible, Adelie was amazing for me. The perfect pressure, super attentive, and you could tell she really cared about my experience. The scalp massage was honestly the highlight...so soothing and something I didn't even realize I needed! The entire atmosphere felt peaceful, clean, and thoughtfully designed for couples to unwind together. It was the perfect way to spend quality time and truly disconnect from the world. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special, relaxing experience..especially as a couple! I only had a 35 minute massage but it was so thorough I felt more relaxed than I have at other massages that were 60-90 minutes. It helped a lot to have had warm tea and gone in a warm jacuzzi before the massage because I felt extra loose/relaxed. I liked the giant "MOM" lettering they had in the waiting area with roses for mother's day and the bonus butterfly gummies they gave as a special treat (similar to Sugarfina's). When you enter the spa on the 2nd floor you feel transported to a totally different zen Southeast Asia boutique. They have fake orchids/bamboo and fans that give it a SE Asia feel. They had lemonade and lemongrass tea that was self-serve. The tea was delicious! The jacuzzi was nice and I had it to myself for half of the time. I didn't use the sauna or steam room but they weren't full either. The robes were heavy and big so it covered you up a lot which made it easier to change in and out of clothes. You can wear your swimwear into the jacuzzi unlike at some of the Korean day spas. You can come 1 hour before your massage or facial service to use the communal jacuzzi/sauna area. My massage therapist was professional, thoughtful, thorough, strong and gave a great hand massage! The bad: Someone's phone alarm was going off for a really long time in the women's locker room. The interesting: The upstairs is normally for men but on mother's day they turned it into the "zen" floor and allowed women (no men that day).

I set aside over an hour of my day, arrived for my appointment, and trusted your staff to provide the service that was advertised and purchased. Instead, I spent over an hour having someone touch my face without actually receiving the facial service I paid for. I later learned that the employee either would not or could not perform the service being offered. That is completely unacceptable. While I appreciate the offer of a complimentary facial, that does not change the fact that my time was wasted. A free replacement only provides the service I should have received in the first place. It does not address the inconvenience, frustration, and loss of time caused by this experience. If your business offers a service, your employees should be properly trained, willing, and capable of performing it. Customers should not discover during their appointment that the advertised service is effectively unavailable. I would like a clear explanation of how this happened and what steps are being taken to ensure other customers do not experience the same issue. What occurred was not a minor inconvenience. It was a complete failure to deliver the service that was purchased. I expected far better. I want my facial, that I PAID for. I also want my time back that they wasted.

We took time out of our day, arranged our schedules, and traveled to your location expecting to receive the services we had booked. This situation reflects a serious lack of professionalism and respect for your customers' time. Had we been notified in advance, we could have made other arrangements. Instead, our time was wasted due to poor communication and a failure in customer service. As a result of this experience, you have lost us as customers.
