After not having my dryer working for a month, I finally reached out to LC Appliance after hearing such great feedback from multiple friends. From the very beginning my call was answered by Amanda who was very pleasant and professional. She asked a couple of questions regarding my issues with my dryer, that lead me to believe I was dealing with a company that had knowledgeable people. First impressions matter...My appointment was scheduled for the following day and I couldn't have been more pleased with that. As promised, I received a follow up call for my specific tech arrival block of time. On the day of, I received a call from Luis to tell me he was minutes away.. well within the block of time I was given. Luis was very professional, respectful and immediately after opening up the dryer top knew what the problem was. He even informed me of a concern with my venting structure which is an easy fix that I can take care. The whole time to diagnose and fix the problem was so quick. Luis made this process so convenient for me from beginning to end. And the total cost was very reasonable. Now I can say I too have had a great experience with LC Appliance. I had an issue with my under the counter drawer fridge. I called this company based on reviews and I was not disappointed! I was given an appointment for the very next day! Carlos and Louis, the owner, were professional, courteous and honest in giving me their opinion on the costly repair. They did not push but instead gave me options. LC Appliance provided quick response and Luis was on time, courteous, and quick to troubleshoot and resolve all the problems with replacement parts all in his truck... So happy with the service I received from LC Appliance Service. I just used them for the second time for a noisy vent hood and a dishwasher that wouldn't start.
