Delicious burgers and very friendly staff. Unbeknownst to us, we arrived after the Eugene marathon and the line was a mile long. The place was recommended to us so we stuck it out. We sat in the 2nd floor courtyard and after 20 minutes, we decided to check on the order thinking maybe our paging device was out of range. Came here to eat with my daughter after dropping my son back off at school, the food is average, decent but not anything amazing. The service is pretty average as well because you seat yourself etc. I will say though the sauces are terrible, every single sauce we ate from here was watered down and disgusting.
