Because of my…read morelevel of pain, they went into overdrive & got me in the morning g after I called them, a month before my scheduled appointment. When I got there, I was welcomed with the most caring, efficient & supportive group of medical professionals I've ever experienced. Dr. Maier spent so much time with me, listening to my unique needs & looking into everything for a new care plan. My old Rheumatologist retired in the spring, so I am so relieved to find a "home" for my care like I've never felt before. This group are absolutely angels on earth. Special shout out to Shelley, who calmed all my fears!

So if I could honestly give this office a negative 10 I would. I've called twice now to cancel an…read moreappointment for this morning. First time I called it was 1:30 a.m. after I woke up ill. Got the answering service who first told me they could help me cancel my appointment, the said nope, actually can't help with that, I'd have to call back after 7:30 a.m. So I just called the office at 8:30 a.m. and got the answering service again. She said she could help cancel my appointment, then said nope, she couldn't help me because they must have the time blocked out. She said they must be experiencing a high call volume and after reading other reviews, I highly doubt that. My rheumatologist retired and I've literally got nowhere to go. My pcp sent off a referral to Dr. Maiers office. Even if I can or can't cancel my appointment, I'm not rescheduling. I can only imagine the quality of care as I just tried to call again, got the answering service again and she hung up on me.

My care has always been very good and getting appointments has not been a problem either. I e been a patient for about 15 years and have been very satisfied all around.

Would give zero stars if I could. Massive failure. First OMG randomly cancelled my biologics…read morechemotherapy, which endangers my life, but then they randomly dropped all of Dr Balsam's OHP patients without notice. When he retired they refused to reassign his patients and said "we aren't accepting NEW OHP patients", nvm the fact I've been with the practice for 20 years. The letter I received about his upcoming retirement said to call for further steps. I did and they said they can't tell me anything about further steps, can't reassign me to a new doctor, and I have to wait until he actually retires to see what happens. Fast forward a couple months and I call with a serious health concern and request to be seen, don't care by who ( in the past I've always just been scheduled with the crescent clinic), and was told "your doctor retired and we don't take Trillium so you're not our patient anymore, we can't see you." Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical behavior. Will be reporting to the Oregon medical board. OMG used to be a great clinic. Since Optum took over, they've become a dumpster fire. They also badly mishandled my Dad's treatment for years. They were giving him biologics chemotherapy for his condition as well, with zero oversight from any sort of doctor, and failed to have him overseen by a rheumatologist - the rheumatology clinic here failed me as well and is a total joke. He finally got his treatment handled through Slocum and is in much better shape now. He said he wasted years with OMG mismanaging his condition and unduly suffering due to their incompetence.

It is not an exaggeration to say that Dr. Kim Foster helped to give me my life - AND my body -…read moreback. For years I had been struggling with severe stomach bloating and weight gain despite eating moderately and overall eating a very healthy, organic, gluten-free, Paleo-based diet. Every doctor I saw completely dismissed my symptoms - and my deep concern regarding the fact that I could hardly recognize myself anymore (I had gained a great deal of weight in the space of a few years, and my knees were so strained I could no longer participate in adult ballet classes anymore). One provider casually told me to "Take Tums" after I carefully explained some odd digestive distress I was experiencing - NOT helpful, to say the least. I knew at this point that mainstream medicine would be of no use to me at all when it came to this severe bloating I was experiencing. I found Dr. Foster via a google search. After visiting her in person and her running some comprehensive, cutting-edge tests, she confirmed what I had suspected: I was suffering from a severe case of stomach inflammation and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (SIBO), among other things. This, I realize now, was likely a result of a dying gallbladder that was interfering with my digestive processes, which I have since had taken out. After prescribing a thoughtful blend of herbal and pharmaceutical treatments, the bloating slowly began to recede over a period of two months and the weight began to come off. 6 months after seeing Dr. Foster for the first time, I am 34 pounds lighter and my stomach is flat for the first time in 10 years. I was able to resume my ballet classes and in many ways, at the post-menopausal age of 61, I truly do feel re-born. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Foster and her team, and cannot thank them enough for providing an alternative pathway to healing.

I appreciate how she is willing to partner with me in my health care and respects my needs and wishes. She is professional, knowledgeable in how the body works together (helpful in treating the root cause of health issues) and in various diagnostic tests, those tests that are gold standards and others that may be beneficial, but not necessarily mainstream. She is caring and thoroughly explains treatment options. Dr. Kim is sensitive to patient costs when considering treatment options. I followed a protocol she recommended for me and my health has greatly benefited, even keeping me from having to take recommended prescription medications.
