She said they must be experiencing a high call volume and after reading other reviews, I highly doubt that. My rheumatologist retired and I've literally got nowhere to go. My pcp sent off a referral to Dr. Maiers office. Even if I can or can't cancel my appointment, I'm not rescheduling. I can only imagine the quality of care as I just tried to call again, got the answering service again and she hung up on me.

I did and they said they can't tell me anything about further steps, can't reassign me to a new doctor, and I have to wait until he actually retires to see what happens. Fast forward a couple months and I call with a serious health concern and request to be seen, don't care by who ( in the past I've always just been scheduled with the crescent clinic), and was told "your doctor retired and we don't take Trillium so you're not our patient anymore, we can't see you." Incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical behavior. Will be reporting to the Oregon medical board. OMG used to be a great clinic. Since Optum took over, they've become a dumpster fire. They also badly mishandled my Dad's treatment for years. They were giving him biologics chemotherapy for his condition as well, with zero oversight from any sort of doctor, and failed to have him overseen by a rheumatologist - the rheumatology clinic here failed me as well and is a total joke. He finally got his treatment handled through Slocum and is in much better shape now. He said he wasted years with OMG mismanaging his condition and unduly suffering due to their incompetence.

They're disorganized, extremely slow and lack good partner communication. 1- I had to call them 2 weeks after my PCP made a referral to schedule a new patient appointment with their podiatrist. They use a 3rd party company that is really slow at processing new referrals. 2- We show up early for an MRI and they tell me "I canceled it" and after threatening to file a complaint they tell me their MRI machine #3 was down and they rescheduled it without speaking to me but left me a voicemail I never received... 3- OMG's podiatrist made a referral to a bone tumor surgeon that never went through and 22 days later I had to ask the bone surgeon to please reach out to OMG and ask for a referral (not normal)

My main issue with quest in the past is them billing me despite being told it would be taken care of, but that was in a different state. They had an easy check in iPad in the waiting room to check in. They did end up having a kids room for me to lay down to have my blood taken. Their parking lot seems to just be covered, so it's pretty easy to get in after you've found it the first time.
