They use a 3rd party company that is really slow at processing new referrals. 2- We show up early for an MRI and they tell me "I canceled it" and after threatening to file a complaint they tell me their MRI machine #3 was down and they rescheduled it without speaking to me but left me a voicemail I never received... 3- OMG's podiatrist made a referral to a bone tumor surgeon that never went through and 22 days later I had to ask the bone surgeon to please reach out to OMG and ask for a referral (not normal)
