Sporting an open kitchen and hours from 7am to 11pm guests are asked to self-select from racks in addition to items behind glass, Pan Dulce such as Concha nicely proofed while Empanadas with Guava or Caramel see a golden exterior yield smooth insides. Stumbled across this bakery in PVR while walking in the Romantic Zone. Pretty busy with a variety of baked pastries and cakes. You get a tray and self pick what pastries you want. We tried the Mexican bun, which was dry. The empanada with ham, was dense and not flaky. The 3rd item was a chocolate eclair, best out of the 3 but nothing spectacular. read more

Cute little bakery to pick up some bread/pastries and coffee. I don't know the names of the bread/pastries that I got but I enjoyed them all. We stopped in a purchased a selection of pastries for our breakfast the next day. Everything exceeded my expectations and tasted freshly made. The selection was big for (in my opinion) late evening on a Monday. Everything is take away- you grab a tray and tongs and help yourself to whatever you want then take it to the counter to pay and have it bagged. read more

I've passed by this place multiple times and it always smells like heaven from the freshly baked goods. Unfortunately, the taste doesn't match the smells. I've tried this place on two different occasions too and had 4 different items; all were just okay/nothing memorable. Chocolate cake: Very dry, not moist, super dense, chocolate flavor was barely there Ham & cheese pastry: Didn't taste like real cheese, small ratio of ham to pastry Crema pastry: Creme filling was good but not a fan of the super dry and dense pastry they got going on here Crema donut: Creme filling was good but the donut tasted super oily This honestly makes me miss the mom and pop donut shops and bakeries back home. This was super disappointing and I wanted so much to like this place. I can't express how excited I was to come across this bakery in PV! I had been searching high and low for concha bread and tres leches and by sheer luck, stumbled upon this gem of a bakery. With our last few pesos, we bought a plethora of bread and a slice of tres leches, as well as a serving of flan. We probably spend $10USD here, but had enough pastries to feed a family of 6. The desserts are on the sweeter side, and you'll need coffee/tea to wash it down. The concha bread was soft with a sweet, slightly crunchy topping. We also got a corn bread and one of the savory empanada-like items (we did not like this one as it was oddly sweet for a savory item). read more

Upon going into a rabbit hole of yelp reviews for a place to satisfy my unyielding sweet tooth, we stumbled upon a review for Eula's that said, "That Brownie Tho" and DITTO! I could not AGREE MORE. I would give them 10 stars for the mini-loaf pan of chocolates gooeyness. The mini loaf pan is notable, creating a perfect amount of crisp on all 4 sides and nestled in the middle you discover melt in your chocolatey heaven. With this being a late night craving, wanted the full effect of a freshly baked brownie so just popped it in the microwave for 20 seconds. So many notable baked goods, but coming in hot for my 2nd fave is....the mini coconut pie! Calling all coconut lovers! Warm this treat up and savor the flavor. Wow! What a find!!! We wanted to see if we could find a local bakery for some fresh pastries and found this one. This place is AWESOME! So many yummy choices, all super fresh, and smeeling delicious. Don't plan to get just one, it's impossible! We left with a dozen different options to try. Each and everyone one was so good! All items had amazing flavor, perfect textures, very very fresh, and all around just flat out delicious! They had pastries, donuts, cookies, breads and so much more. So many choices!! The pastries and breads here were sooooo much better than store bought or even from the street vendors. This place is worth the visit. It's super easy to find only a few blocks up from the ocean, past Poncho's Takos and Starbucks. Check this place out! Some of the items are typical Mexican pastries that aren't super sweet and can be on the dry side, but their custard filled taco donuts are the bomb! Loved Eulo's bakery! I got a chocolate muffin, chocolate taco, and a whole bunch of other baked goods for less than 80 pesos (~$4-5 USD). The bakery is staffed by hardworking women and all the goodies are delicious...not too sweet or surgary that it keeps you wanting more. Also seems like a lot of locals like to eat here which is why we went in, and it did not disappoint. They have a wide selection of baked goods to choose from. Highly recommend the chocolate muffin.
