Words cannot describe how grateful and appreciative I am of Nayra. She honestly changed my life and I will continue my acne journey with her. I came to nayra a few months ago in Nov 2022. I had Just gotten off my birth control a few months prior to that and my hormones were out of whack and my face blew up. I struggled with hormonal acne and I had it with my birth control and I wanted to gain control over my hormones. I knew coming off of them would have my acne return and it did. I had mild to moderate cystic acne that hurt. Nayra was recommended by a friend at work and I'm glad I came to her. She had me on the acne boot camp and followed her instructions along with curing my acne holistically. I know anyone who reads this, please know that you sometimes have to cure what's on the inside for your skin to show you are healing. I was desperate and she just listened to me, she gave me the best referral to see a naturopathic doc to help heal my gut and it changed me. It is very expensive but it is worth it!
