What made the experience even more frustrating was the communication. I came in seeking professional guidance and asked for her opinion, only to be told, "I can't answer that." We are not strangers to this field and understand what a proper standard of care, professionalism, and customer service should look like. Because of that, the dismissive tone and lack of communication were especially noticeable and concerning. The most concerning part was during the injection in my nose. It felt like the needle went through and I could actually feel liquid coming out of my nostril. Now the girl was explaining that we first had to do this one to do the wood therapy one which I was super confused about because I had specifically told the girl on the phone that's what I wanted, anyways point is my bf and I were so surprised and unhappy with the massage we got the girls were literally barely applying pressure it was something I could've done on myself but what made the experience worse was that I was under the impression we would get more for the price we paid. We ended up paying $340 /$170 each for that stupid massage that didn't do much. I tried calling and talking to the same girl who scheduled our appointment again to let her know we were very disappointed after we left and for the price it felt almost unjust. She didn't do much to help tried over explaining how we have to go back to get another massage for wood therapy.
