The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and can suggest great pairings. If you like pepper jack, the Louisiana Lagniappe is SUPERB! The cheese is well-flavored and there are hints of heat that sneak in at the end. I went next door to Sparrow Wine Bar and had a grilled cheese sandwich with this pepperjack and it was wonderful. If you don't know what you want, go and ask. They will guide you. We always end up with an array -- Havarti, Gouda, Blue Cheese, Cheddar, etc. read more

I wanted to update my review since I just noticed that my first review came after my first visit. I am now a "regular" there; I don't go as often as I would if it was nearby, but I still love it, love them, love having it in our area. I thought of them today because my entire lunch came from them- an excellent cheese and some smoked trout along with a freshly-baked baguette. For the topper, I had some watermelon-rind pickles (yes! more like candied watermelon rinds-- a perfect final touch). Whatever your taste of cheese, they have it or they can get it! I love very punguent earthy types. The Grayson they sometimes get is just wonderful as is the Pont-Leveque. These guys are great-- they call me when either of those cheeses come in. read more

I finally visited the Euphoric Cheese Shop after keeping it on my "must-visit" list for far too long. I was meeting a friend at the Sparrow Wine Bar, which is conveniently connected to the shop. Arriving early, I had time to browse--and let me tell you, this place is absolute heaven for any cheese lover! The shop is spacious, bright, and inviting, making it easy to find anything you need. It's thoughtfully organized, and since it's connected to the wine bar, you have to walk through the cheese shop to enter, which adds to the charm and creates a seamless experience between the two spaces. The shop is a treasure trove of everything you could want to create the ultimate cheese board. They have it all: beautiful boards, knives, serving utensils, and an impressive variety of snacks to complement your cheese selection. From delicious chocolate-covered nuts to an endless assortment of crackers, everything is thoughtfully curated. My personal favorite was their selection of Italian cookies and sweets. I'm a hazelnut fan, and their little hazelnut wafers are out of this world! They come in both small and large containers, but beware--the larger ones are dangerously addictive. Next time, I'll stick to the smaller package to save myself from eating them all in one sitting! The cheese selection is fantastic, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. I really appreciated how they happily offered samples to help me decide what to buy. Bonus: you can enjoy a glass of wine at the wine bar while sampling cheeses--it's the perfect pairing experience. I love that the shop stays open late, making it easy to grab a happy hour drink at the wine bar and pick up some cheese to take home afterward. I will definitely be back, and often! I've been meaning to check this place out since I did a wine and cheese paring with Amy many many months ago. Finally got there and must say THIS PLACE ROCKS! So many delicious choices: cheeses and meats and crackers Oh My! Jams! Jelly's! Candy! Everywhere you look - something delicious to tempt your taste buds. Oh so many cheese choices! Totally spaced on getting the name of the guy who waited on us but he was awesome. Very evident he enjoys his job and is good at asking the right questions about your likes and dislikes in order to help you pick the best choices. Finally decided on the Meyer Lemon and honey goat cheese, basil & garlic Gouda and Fourme D'ambert blue. Even my boyfriend who "hates blue cheese" loved what we got. Just love locally-owned, specialty boutiques. This charming shop, started by 2 brave women in a time of challenge for retailers, has thrived due to quality products not available in large grocers, some excellent french specialty products (excellent mustards), accessories, charcuterie board offerings, friendly service & a convenient location. They offer not only more crackers than you can imagine, but warm mini baguettes, so you can take your purchases for an immédiate picnic at a table on their patio right outside the front door! Are you a nibbler, grazer, or entertainer? If so, get yourself over there to make a charcuterie platter. STAT. As other reviews have mentioned, there are an abundance of items beyond cheese (jams, olives, crackers, etc). You can sample most cheeses and everything seems super high quality. We got a goat cheese spread and 1/3 lb of their most popular cheddar. We will definitely be back to branch out to more adventurous cheeses...if that's a thing? :-) read more

We bought two cheeses from Euphoric on our 1st visit and both are delicious! We previously bought cheese at Frsh Market, which has good cheese, but Euphoric's cheese is much better. Stopped in while visiting our daughter and son in law in Knoxville. We were amazed at the selection of cheeses and sides. We ended up getting two small charcuterie boxes and some baguettes to share. We also tried several different cheeses to bring home for later. The staff was amazing.
