Slight kick with the chiles but mostly savory, creamy goodness!

What's the smartest cheese? Cheese whiz! However, no whiz at this legit cheese shop. The tastiest cheeses and friendly and knowledgeable workers are what you will find at Euphoric. Are you a nibbler, grazer, or entertainer? If so, get yourself over there to make a charcuterie platter. STAT. As other reviews have mentioned, there are an abundance of items beyond cheese (jams, olives, crackers, etc). You can sample most cheeses and everything seems super high quality. We got a goat cheese spread and 1/3 lb of their most popular cheddar. We will definitely be back to branch out to more adventurous cheeses...if that's a thing? :-)

A mix of cheeses I bought from the shop: Griffen, double and triple cream Brie, Gouda, and some fancy Spanish cheese too.

A cheese shop in Farragut? This is my dream come true! AND, not just cheese, but sausage, salami, craft jellies, jams and mustards, pretzels, crackers and chocolate too! All the mixings for the best charcuterie board ever. The co-owners are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They offer samples if you are having trouble deciding. They have a wide variety both pasteurized and not. This is EXACTLY what Farragut has been missing!

This special cheese is from Euphoric cheese shop, it,'s done in Alpine style.

This is an amazing cheese shop. The employees are knowledgeable and can tell you a lot about the cheese. They are very helpful and willing to let you sample all that they have to offer.

Chef's kiss. We sampled a few, and the views while snacking were straight out of a postcard--peaceful, pretty, and perfect for pretending you're in a cheese commercial. Whatever you do, don't skip the Café. It's in this gorgeous, huge old barn that's been lovingly renovated into a temple of ooey-gooey grilled cheese goodness. It's basically sacred ground for sandwich lovers. Grilled cheese is their thing, and oh boy, do they do it justice. My husband went for the Smoked Bologna, I had The Big Cheese (because... obviously), and our friends followed our lead. No regrets. These sandwiches are THICK, golden, buttery slabs of bread hugging melted cheese like it's a warm embrace from grandma. Pro tip: One whole sandwich is basically a cheesy Everest. My husband took half to go. I, on the other hand, showed no restraint. Dessert? Oh yeah. We shared a chocolate peanut butter shake (sin in a cup), and our friends had the cake batter one--because balance, right? Also, they have a super cute shop where I snagged some Tennessee jams to bring home. Gifts, I said. For others. (Probably.) It's a lovely spot--perfect for a chill picnic with family or friends... or to just sit quietly while your food coma gently sets in.

Combine that with the "Kitchen" not cooking anything, they start behind the eight ball when serving people that know what fondue is supposed to look like and with what sides. Right off the bat, they are using electric stoves on the table with a steel double boiler bowl. No authentic fondue pot. Right there you lose the Smokey vibe and a good crust forming at the bottom of the pot. The bread is served wet and cold as it comes out of the freezer, almost directly to the table. Good fondue bread is slightly dry and crisp. What they serve is straight up bread for ducks at the duck pond. They offer potato's as a side. This one had me scratching my head. They don't boil or bake potatoes. They defrost frozen previously cooked potatoes. They were mushy wet and flavorless. The portions are not marked correctly. A serving for 2 is 6oz I think she said. I ate 4 servings to feel full. I was looking forward and was hungry. They do not have little pickles or cocktail onions. They do not have any Swiss Whites that I noticed. 2 stars on service only. The chocolate fondue might be ok. The fondue experience is lacking. If you want a pot and fork experience find a Korean KPOT. you'll enjoy that experience better and save some money too.

(I have had some of the other courses before, but the girls just like the cheese and chocolate.) They love the Oreo coated marshmallows and the pure dark chocolate. All the cheeses we have had are delicious too. The Fiesta cheese has jalapeños, but it isn't overly spicy or anything. I probably could have used some more but not every one we were with wants their food super spicy. I like the pretzel bread dipped in the cheese the best, but it's good they have vegetables to dip into it as well.

Haven't had pastrami in a while so I had to order the Pastrami Reuben and the presentation was great with how it was stacked! Between the sauce and the sauerkraut the flavors were all good and I enjoyed the taste of the pastrami when I found it, but the bread to meat ratio was so high I mostly tasted the burned crust of the bread and very few bites of pastrami. It was one slice of pastrami, not a thin slice but not what you hope for when you bite into true Jewish deli pastrami, which are normally bursting at the seems with meat. Marble rye is hard not to burn and they did a good job for the most part, but I tasted more crust than I did pastrami, and for $18 I wonder if this sandwich was more a charge for the hype. The blintzes were also smaller than one would expect of a blintz but I absolutely loved the compote on top.

It can be pricey, though, unless the products are on sale. NormalIy I would rate them much higher; however, today's visit left me wondering whether I should return. While the employee behind the meat and seafood counter provided helpful customer service, the other employees I encountered did not. One of the sale items that brought me in this day -- baguettes for 50 cents each. What a deal, I thought, as I later reasoned that the ad: "SAVE 50 cents each" -- meant the loaf did not cost a half dollar. As I walked through the bakery/deli aisle, I saw only one baguette in a large display basket. The price, $3.29 with 50 cents off if one also purchased a pound of chicken salad. The solo employee visible in the deli had his back to me as he was busy with a task. When I caught his attention, I asked him where I might find the baguettes. He said, "back there." i asked him if there were more. He said he didn't know and didn't offer to assist. As he returned to his task and with no eye contact, he added, "They must be sold out." I walked back to the lone baguette as another bakery/deli employee emerged. I asked her if it was on sale. She didn't know and instructed me to take it to checkout where the cashier would know. WRONG. He did know that customers would get 50 cents off if they also purchased chicken salad, so I brought up the ad on my phone displaying baguettes at 50 cents off with no chicken salad attached. Such a small issue, yet with a reputation as a top-notch store, one would think customers might encounter employees skilled in top-notch customer service and product knowledge.

Seriously, you can actually find a few bargains here. The prepared food is good too. But, the hot bar is inconsistent. Hard to know when they'll have food or if it'll be good. They could easily improve on this. Same with the yogurt selection -- it's pretty sparse. Overall: Good local/regional healthy grocery store. I recommend giving them a try.

My wife, mom, and I arrived around 7:45 PM--just 15 minutes before their posted 8:00 PM closing time. I asked if it was too late to get dinner, and without hesitation, several staff members welcomed us in with big smiles and said, "not at all." That kind of genuine hospitality is rare, especially that close to closing. Brooklyn took care of us, and she was outstanding. From start to finish, she never once made us feel rushed, and neither did anyone else on staff. There wasn't even the slightest hint that they were trying to wrap things up for the night. That speaks volumes about the culture there. We've driven past this place for years saying, "we need to try it," and now our only regret is not stopping in sooner. The food was phenomenal--true Southern-style comfort food made fresh daily. I had the chicken fried steak, my wife had the pulled chicken, and my mom ordered the bologna sandwich. Every dish was spot on. My wife actually stopped in a month or two ago and has been going back every week or two since--and now I completely understand why. The restaurant was impeccably clean, and the entire staff gave the impression that they genuinely enjoy working there. That kind of environment doesn't happen by accident. They hit the mark in every area--food, service, cleanliness, and overall experience. 10 out of 10 cast iron skillets--seasoned to perfection and worth coming back for again and again. I had not been in DECADES -- but someone mentioned that they did a good chicken-fried steak, so I had to try. (I'm from Texas where CFS is part of the holy Trinity of Mexican, barbecue and CFS). Well, the CFS was pretty good, but I won't say great. Big, well-breaded, tasty and with good white gravy. But the sides were superb; I had fried green tomatoes and potato salad. I loved the chow-chow sauce combined with ranch dressing on the FGT, and the salad was very creamy and tasty. I'm not a potato salad snob; I've had it done many ways and I know some prefer one style over another....all I know is this went fast. Oh, by the way, it's a BIG meal. No person should eat all of that in one setting! I nearly forgot, I loved the cheese biscuit. It was very dense and so tasty. Hard to stop eating that before I packaged up about half my meal (and enjoyed very much the next day). Amenities-- they sell beer; even though I did not have that day, I know some meals I'd have loved to add a well-priced bottle. Service was great, friendly and responsive. I like the places that let me scan a QR code to pay and tip, and they had that. Also offered lots of desserets, both at the table and with a little bakery corner when you walk in/out, so you could pick up cookies, etc. At first I thought it was a bit pricey ($17 for most meat-and-two plates), but with the quality, worth it all. Oh, I even enjoyed the clientele...this is the kind of place full of older folks, one of whom had to comment on my food as she walked out, and then she stood and chatted with me a few minutes about how good it all was. Classic!
