I took my car in for an estimate. I was a week and half before I received a call back with an estimate. I went to pick up my car and the first thing I noticed was a dent still in my hood. When we opened my hood, there were jagged edges underneath from them trying to fix my hood. I had to leave my car and wait for this to be completed again. I was told there was going to be $100 taken off the bill and when questioned, they said it was taken off. There was nothing taken off of my amount. This place could have gained a lot of business from us but we will not be sending any referrals to them. I was not satisfied with the way things were handled from the beginning. They seem unorganized and no one knew what the other was doing. read more

AVOID THIS SHOP!!!!! 1. Their estimate for bodywork $1500.00. Insurance cuts me a check for $1900.00 & I suddenly have $400.00 worth of unexplainable rust. 2. Clanking noise in front end: EAC replaced my axle $285.00 which didn't help noise. Another local shop replaced the over size brake pads that EAC put on for $200.00. No noise now! 3. I'm out $400.00 for no rust problem, &285.00 for axle I didn't need, $200.00 for oversize brake pads I didn't need and $213.00 for replacement brake pads. I've spoken to the owner and written him two letters. He was defensive & evidently uninterested in making this right since he's not sending me the money he owes me!! read more

This place has turned around their customer service. We recently had a small bodywork job done and the work is completely flawless. They have an estimator now that does just that. We will be coming back and a few of our family members are going to them in the next few weeks for small jobs. We are happy to see they turned themselves around. read more

Would not recommend this place for any complicated issue. We took our car in there with a complicated problem with electrical. They acted like they could fix it no problem. the only information we go out of them we had to call and ask they never called us to keep us updated. Always an excuse of how they were understaffed. They held our car for 20 days and didn't fix it and charged us $90 for diagnostics. I understand charging for time invested but the customers time needs to be considered! Plus I had to tow there and pay to tow it elsewhere. Took it to Selbert's in Eureka and they had it fixed in 3 days constantly called us with updates and charged us fairly!! I would highly recommend Selbert's for anything more than body work and who knows Selberts could be better at that too! read more
