After I started to see the kinds of cars they worked on I was pretty sure they were the ones for me. After visiting their location, and talking with Cesar I made up my mind that this was the place to take my car. I brought my car in on a Tuesday evening and got it back in a week. They did say it could be done by Saturday, but it really didn't bother me to get it back late since it looked fantastic. I stopped by one of the days to take a look at the progress and was impressed how glossy my car looked. When I finally picked up my car after everything was done it looked brand new. The car is six years old so there are some chips in the front, but I liked that they called me with progress and let me know about all the imperfections. Furthermore, I didn't feel pressured to buy anything more. I truly felt like they were just informing me of things they found instead of trying to get me to buy more stuff. I recommend them over any other detailing shop, and will certainly be bringing my cars there in the future.

Made an appointment today and when I went to get my car they were just finishing. The car, a 2010 Cayman looked amazing. Nothing was missed, quality materials were used. Again I was greeted by the owner who has excellent customer service skills. We went out and looked over the job- he told me a little about what they had done and why. I thought to myself, gluing it!!! What the.....??!!! Well guess what. It didn't work, my bumper came apart at the seam and I'm totally aggravated and upset over it since I'm a car guy. I never park next to anyone, I detail my own cars, and my expectations are high. So I'm driving around a high end car with a split in the seam where the bumper meets the body. You think I'm going to recommend them! The problem with big business today, and I'm just guessing in this case, is that a lot of successful businesses are bought out by private equity and they are ONLY concerned about profit, not customer care. I had to stop in without an appointment because the skid plate cover under my front end suddenly fell loose and was dragging loudly on the highway. When I walked in, I saw how incredibly busy they were and honestly thought there was no way they'd be able to help me right away. Fortunately, I was completely wrong. The front service writer acknowledged how slammed they were, but instead of turning me away, he went above and beyond. He told me he'd head to the back to see if a mechanic could spare just a few minutes to get me safely back on the highway. He returned shortly with a mechanic named Jonathon Boyer. Jonathon didn't hesitate for a second--he said he'd take care of it right away, and he did exactly that. In less than ten minutes, Jonathon had the skid plate repaired and brought my car right back up to me. That level of genuine, rapid customer service is so incredibly rare nowadays. I truly tip my hat to Dobbs, the service writer, and Jonathon for saving my day. An extra note on why this location is top-notch: It was a brutally hot day, and I felt so bad for the mechanics having to endure that intense heat. While waiting, I noticed that the company had cold Gatorades and even electrolyte popsicles set out to keep their crew hydrated and cool. I made several phone calls to them, they promised my estimate the next morning and nothing. Seemed like a cool guy, and knowledgeable, but rule # 1 in business is you have to keep your word, or you're not a man. I honestly think he had ZERO intent on doing the job. Thank God I found another place not too far away and it was night and day difference on the communication level. I hate to write this review, but some folks you can lead along and promise the World and not deliver, and folks like me hold you accountable. I blow off customers at work, and my manager is on my ass like he should be, so the message here is do what you say. Don't lead people along and never come through.
