There were no high-pressure sales tactics. We roamed around the store, taking our time and looking at everything until we were ready to commit. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had at a furniture store. They were extremely accommodating with prices, switching out pieces in a set, and delivery times and dates. I hope they continue with their wonderful customer service and great furniture deals. We will be buying from them again.

We called the shop and they came out the following day to check out the issue, without hesitant they told us that they will replaced the chest for us because the drawer was broken. Not over the top like they are trying to sell you something but like they are genuinely trying to help you find the perfect piece. Got a gorgeous sofa and recliner. Had a certain budget in mind, but fell in love with the furniture and didn't even check the price. Lindsay had given me some time to browse. When I told her I'd take it, I was pleasantly surprised how inexpensive each item was. Both the recliner and sofa are still absolutely flawless. Great price and great quality.
