So I went to the back door where there's parking in rear. Also locked. Except for the garage full of merchandise that's wide open. So they keep a bunch of furniture outside but they lock the front door if you want to go in to purchase anything. Brilliant business strategy. If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.

She never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions with so much patience. By the end of our visit, she honestly felt like family. The furniture we purchased is beautiful, very well made, and incredibly comfortable. We couldn't be happier with how it looks in our home, and it's exactly what we were hoping for. The delivery team was just as impressive. They were friendly, professional, and took their time putting everything together carefully. Before leaving, they made sure everything was perfect and that we were completely satisfied. We did have one issue with a piece of our furniture, but the delivery team immediately stepped in to help. They contacted customer service on our behalf, and the issue was taken care of quickly and without any hassle. Based on our experience so far, Bob's customer service has been outstanding. It's been a refreshing change compared to other furniture stores where getting help can be frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, we're extremely happy with our experience from start to finish. I've seen many TV advertisements for Bob's Discount Furniture and, with our old, broken down sofa…read moreon its last leg, decided to give them a visit when I realized one had opened up in the shopping center near our home. I was actually surprised at the quality of the furniture at what were, indeed, discount prices. There's lots of selection, and our salesperson, Marisol, accompanied my wife and myself to field any questions as we browsed their showroom. Being a weekend, she graciously offered us coffee or snacks that were available onsite for their clientele, as well. We found the perfect sofa with twin reclining seats and a lighted, fold down center console with phone charging USB ports and even two power outlets, AND at a reasonable price. In fact, with the option of either power or manual reclining buttons, we saved even more by choosing the manual - though the power recliners weren't that much more expensive. The sofa also came with a 5-year warranty covering workmanship defects and incidental damage protection (accidental and/or pet-related stains). When setting up the delivery particulars, we were pleased to learn that Bob's delivery team could also haul away our current sleeper sofa (which is unbelievably heavy and cumbersome) for a nominal fee - good riddance! They were able to schedule delivery in less than a week (purchased on a Sunday; delivered on the following Friday), and the delivery crew was prompt, efficient, and courteous. They set the couch up, tested all functions, and ensured the recliners were an appropriate distance from the back wall when activated. They even texted a day later to follow-up on our satisfaction with their service - and we definitely were. I'm sold on Bob's now and intend to return in the near future to purchase some inexpensive hide-a-bed futons for the loft of our cabin. They have some really great deals!

And we went to this location to search for our new couch being that we only had a small couch from our old apartment. First off we got the wrong couch delivered. It was way too big for my living room size and layout. So right away I called them and they told me that there were no returns or exchanges. I explained to them that this was not the same couch that I ordered and they kept gaslighting me telling me that it was. So I got stuck with a big huge couch that supposedly was modular, but it actually was not. The quality is horrible and terrible. The couch cushions just come out. Thankfully my kids are young so this is kind of the couch that they're running to the ground before I replace it once they're a little older. Please do your research and don't spend your hard earned money here. Go to living spaces or Ashley furniture or another furniture store that does have a return or exchange policy. I paid nearly $3000 for the couch that I wanted only to be delivered something completely different. Then let's not even get into the delivery company that they use. Oh my goodness. As a very recently postpartum mom finding out that I was stuck with a couch that I did not even order. I was so upset. And the delivery guys just kept telling me about how big it was for my space and how if I put it a certain way we would have to walk around the couch to get into the living room. It seemed like they genuinely were just enjoying watching me be upset. I literally had to tell them that they needed to leave my house and they just kept standing there watching me try to rearrange the couch. I had to tell them again that I needed them to leave my house. They were already done setting the couch up and were completely finished with the delivery. I pretty much had to yell at them to get out. It was so weird. All around it was just such a horrible experience. I don't recommend them at all, the hassle of no return or exchange policy is not worth it, the quality is horrible, and the delivery experience just seals the deal to not shop with them. Posting it again because as a 29-year-old with three kids who just bought my first house I was so excited to have my house look the way that I wanted it. So honestly, this couch experience left me so sad. My husband and I work so hard for our money and it definitely tainted my new homeowner experience. I've learned my lesson and have since gone to living spaces. They are absolutely amazing and I will be getting my next couch with them. Buying new furniture should be a happy experience and you should have the option to return or exchange, especially when it's the store that made a mistake.

The stool was priced $299, on sale for $120. All the stools in the store only had 1 available, but a second one could be ordered if needed. Lots of beautiful bedroom sets, and wish I would have gotten mine from there. I didn't see the type of dinette set I wanted, but they did have some really nice ones, if I weren't looking for a specific kind. Glad I made a stop there.

They have an expansive range of snacks, some I'd beg my friends to bring back to the US when they travel. There's a good selection of Milkia chocolates, although I do wish they would stock some Swiss brands like Sprungli. They do carry Lindt, but not exclusive flavors. I don't mind waiting as they have many options. The real gems I found here are in the kitchen and dining section. They have some of the cutest kitchenware like strawberry themed jars, froggy glass cups, and sardine plates. For the matcha hobbyists, there are plenty of whisks and chawan bowls at reasonable prices. I've even scored two Hello Kitty cups from their clearance section. Nice employees here are definitely a plus. I prefer to be left alone, but they are quite helpful at the register. Take advantage of their membership for their perks. Returning for more great buys.

When I called customer service to address the issue, I was left on hold for 15 minutes before having to hang up without speaking to anyone. The extended warranty company later sent a technician to repair the damaged frame, but in my view, a couch that arrived with a broken frame should have been replaced outright while still under warranty. Instead, I am still fighting to have the defective section replaced due to what appears to be poor quality control and inadequate inventory standards. This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering this is the second time I have had issues with this store. Customers should expect better quality, accountability, and customer service when making a major furniture purchase. I would strongly encourage others to consider alternative furniture retailers that stand behind their products and prioritize customer satisfaction. The value simply does not match the price or the level of service provided here. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that rating.
