We went in to buy a mattress & we narrowed it down to the infinity (Sit n Sleep brand) King split, adjustable, After visiting so many stores, it looks like we are going to decide on this one thanks to the helpfulness ofTeddy. Delivery is $200 but we'll pick it up, luckily we have a truck. They can have ready by this Thursday (Feb. 5th)for us to pick up. Other places like Living Spaces quoted 2 weeks- That's cutting it close for us. It's a world of a difference when the salesman is very courteous & forthcoming, we greatly appreciate it. They a great selection of mattresses & service is mindful. Parking is shared with other shops in the plaza but this weekend, it's no problem. It's the best time to purchase because it's Presidents' Day sale. We've been to a slew of places (Mattress Firm, Costco,, Living Places, Macys, Bob's) and so far this store sold us. We were in a hurry for another event so Hubby will return to settle or seal the deal. 2/5/26 ***** UPDATE: My husband came back the next day & sealed the deal, our mattress of choice was delivered a last Tuesday (2/3/26) & the delivery guys were great! So I went to the back door where there's parking in rear. Also locked. Except for the garage full of merchandise that's wide open. So they keep a bunch of furniture outside but they lock the front door if you want to go in to purchase anything. Brilliant business strategy. If it's a security thing... the pawn shop next door keeps its doors unlocked. So I'm not entirely sure what they're thinking here. If I was more conspiracy minded, I would suggest that this is a money laundering operation. But that's crazy talk.

Buyer Beware - Understand the Warranty Before Purchasing…read more My husband and I purchased a king-size deluxe adjustable bed from Mattress Firm with massage features. My husband has back and knee problems, so before making such a large purchase, we specifically explained his physical needs and concerns. We pointed out that his side of the mattress tends to sink and that he needs a mattress with good, firm support for his back and knees. We trusted their recommendation and purchased the mattress they told us would be beneficial for his needs. We also purchased the warranty specifically for peace of mind in case the mattress did not work for us. We understood that the warranty covered the life of the mattress. When we later contacted Mattress Firm because the mattress was not providing the support we were promised, we were told their 90-day period had ended and that we would have to go through the mattress manufacturer for the warranty. This was not clearly explained to us when we purchased the mattress. After finally speaking with a manager, we were told there was nothing they could do--no refund and no exchange. We were advised to submit pictures showing the mattress sinking. The problem is that there is no permanent visible indentation when no one is lying on it. The lack of support and sinking happens when my husband actually lies on the mattress. Therefore, the recommended broom test does not show the problem we are experiencing. This was a major purchase, and we are extremely disappointed. We specifically explained my husband's back and knee problems and relied on their professional recommendation when choosing this mattress. Buyer beware: before making a large purchase at Mattress Firm, carefully read the warranty for the specific mattress brand you are buying and get everything in writing. We did not realize that the warranty and procedures could be different depending on the mattress manufacturer. Unfortunately, we are now stuck with a mattress that does not provide the support we specifically asked for.

Blake was very helpful and relaxed. I don't love it when someone talks your ear off offering all kinds of opinions, when I usually know what I want. I like a softer touch. Blake was really kind and just offered information when I asked or when he could see me pondering something. I found the mattress I wanted and he didn't try to upsell me to something I wasn't interested in, which instills trust. He made the whole process very easy, even coordinating a pretty quick delivery so I didn't have to have too many more uncomfortable nights! The delivery guys came on time and were helpful as well.
