Don't purchase the extended warranty. It's a waste of money. Have a torn in my love seat, underneath the recliner foot reat and claim was denied. "We don't cover tears on the seam." Tear was made by the wood frame on the loveseat structure. If you're not going to cover seam repairs, than build a better product that won't tear under NORMAL use. read more

I can't speak for the company over all, but I can give a review about the manager Nidal Badawi. We had a huge issue with our couch being defective and we called and made a claim with the warranty and the customer service including the manager with the warranty was so unprofessional and rude and said there was nothing they could do for us even tho it was a safety issue and our couch was purchased less than a year ago. I called and spoke to the store manager at the Corona store and explained to him all that was going on and expressed my concern on the recliners going up without us even sitting on the couch and how the 3rd party warranty department said they wouldn't cover a defeated couch and laughed at me when I said I was going to make a complaint with Jerome's on how they conduct business. He took over the situation with the warranty company and being that they refused to handle the repair or replacement of our couch. He had us deal with him directly and took care of the issue with us and made it so easy and smooth for us. I can't express how much this issue has been a nightmare! Between all the calls and inconvenience that the warranty put us through for us to call Nidal once and for him to clean up a mess that wasn't done by the store or him. He made sure when we left the store we were satisfied and happy before we left the store. We would have never given Jerome's our business again it wasn't for Nidal. Why do I not read reviews before I go places?!! So my wife and I have spent a ton of money at Jerome's couches, tables, beds! In fact we have a Jerome's gel mattress that we have had for 11 years and I have a new mattress getting delivered today! But not from these rip off artists. I went to Derek at Sit N Sleep. Now because Jerome's is shady they let a $100 transaction cost them a 5k transaction good job Amy! So my wife ordered a pure bliss latex pilllow from them. It came in but was the wrong one and they no longer carry the other . So mind you they would not give me the money back but ordered the wrong pillow and charged me for it. So it was either take the pillow or take a floor model that god knows who has laid their head on it. With no other choice and them assuring me that they always cover the pillow although they are all over the store and not covered. I had no choice I took the pillow with me. I tried it I used it and my face was breaking out and peeling . Not a problem I had before the pillow. So I called them back and asked if I can at least get the other pillow they ordered. Amy said no it's their policy that they don't take back used pillows. Ok now how does this make sense you made me take a used pillow didn't discount just sent me on my way with it after ordering and paying over $100 for a new pillow. Then I tell you the used pillow you sent me is messing up my skin and you offer no solution. Don't go to these people they are crooks look at their ratings. They sell old used stuff! I am so disgusted with the customer service at this location. We have been using Jerome's since The 2015 and furnished our first apartment as well as our first home and they have no loyalty to their customers. Their associate KRISTAL made a mistake and ordered us the wrong sectional couch so the wrong couch was delivered to our home and we do not currently have a couch and when we called the store the assistant store manager (who never even provided her name to us) immediately told us "well it's more expensive and that's too much for the store or the associate to cover" mind you this was BEFORE any discount was even mentioned. All we were doing was trying to get the couch we wanted. I told her we weren't expecting it to be covered but with the fact that it was their mistake and we've been long time customers they should at least take it into consideration. She then accused us of trying to abuse the system to not pay for the couch.... The driver called his customer service and they advised us they were very sorry for the confusion and apologized and waived the delivery fee for the next couch. The site called back and said they would do 10% and it would take off about $300 we were happy with this and felt it was reasonable on both ends and asked if they had received notification from corporate to waive the delivery fee and she then said yes the 300 was including that and stated "we then took off $100" so for all of the headache and mistake that's all she felt it was worth even after her accusations. We checked a competitor and didn't find a couch we liked as much so my husband went to purchase the couch and the "assistant manager" gave them the cost and and then went to lunch instead of meeting with him as a "manager should" and to top it off not even the discount was mentioned and finance couldn't find any record of it and told my husband he would have to wait until she returned to speak with her... I am soo upset with this experience that we had. We have been long time customers and will NEVER use Jerome's again especially this location. If I can offer any advice do not go to this location. Take your business elsewhere. It's not worth the headache. read more

Drastic drop in quality over last couple years. We have bought from this location for over a decade. Items in the past have been indestructible and beautiful. The last item we bought was a night stand, full price. Within a year the bearings were falling out of the disintegrating drawer slides. Piece was well over $1000. I bought a kitchen set almost a year ago and I filed a claim on it on 11/23 because the leg on the table broke when my young daughters were downstairs and because the kitchen table has a wine rack inside with a place for wine glasses to hang on an island. All the bottles came crashing on the floor with my wine glasses and there was broken glass everywhere with my young children standing there. The claim was put in 1123 to replace the leg and the stool that was stained with wine. Here we are two months later they show up with a new stool and no leg for my table I've had no follow up from the company aside from the fact that they said oh, if you want to start a new claim no I started a claim and they never fulfilled it and I have the documentation my kitchen table is sitting on books and obviously they're OK with taking my money in cash to pay for a table and also in cash to pay for insurance that doesn't work don't shop here read more

They are rude, didn't complete set up even though we paid for "white glove" service, left tags and trash (again even though they are supposed to take care of everything when paying for the white glove service) and ripped the flooring on our rental. I contacted them over and over and it took them 6 months to tell me, oh your claim was denied 5 months ago (well why didn't anyone tell me) and it was denied because they are saying my child and I moved the couch ourselves. Do NOT buy a mattress from Jerome's . They will NOT honor their supposed warranty. I had three I inspectors come out and ALL said my mattress needed to be replaced. Jerome said it didn't meet factory standards for replacement, but could never give me a paper stating what does factory standards were. the last time I had someone come out there were shadows from the window and Jerome said oh no that's not shadows that stains and that nullifies the warranty but funny how those stains never showed up in the two visits before that one. Now I have to sleep in the middle of the bed or I'll fall of the bed. They lie and they're cheaters and con men. The store itself is great but the people in charge of warranties are scandalous . Poor quality and even worse customer service. Our couches are torn in VARIOUS areas in less than 2 weeks time from delivery due to thin, cheap fabric. We asked if the material was easy to rip and they lied to our faces saying not at all. We only sit on them in the evening when we are home from work. And again it was just 2 weeks! Defective couches! On top of that headache, been over a week and can't talk with anyone at customer service! The hold is either 60+ minutes with no one picking up, or they claim 4 minutes and you stay on hold for 45min and finally give up because no one is picking up. Despite multiple attempts on multiple days you can't reach anyone. If you "start a message" on the website, since calling doesn't work, don't expect a call in 48hrs like they claim. It will take a week. And if you miss the call like I did, you're outta luck. They leave a voicemail saying they are calling about a submitted message online, and if you have any further questions to call them on their main line, you know the one you stay on hold forever and they don't pick up. Of course I have further questions! You literally answered nothing and assisted me in NO way. If you try the chat function on Google they will toss you between the store rep to customer service about 4 different times, have no answer for you and tell you to wait 5 days for a response. I dont not want these couches. Not only are they cheap, but the customer service has guaranteed I will never do business with Jerome's again. I want these couches returned and my money back. I paid a pretty penny to be provided with defective and cheap couches, only to then be ghosted by Jerome's. This is fraud. read more

I purchased this sofa (Aria Charcoal Sofa) and within a few months one of the tufts came loose. It was under a 1 year manufacturer's warranty so I filed a claim. I didn't hear back for a few days so I called customer service but couldn't get ahold of anyone. I filed another claim and in a few days they responded. A week later they sent a replacement sofa that was ripped so I didn't accept delivery and they sent another the following week. After a few months with the replacement sofa a tuft came loose. I filed another claim and three days later I still haven't heard back. This company is double bad. Poor products and poor customer service. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I bought a coffee table, end table and rug from this store. The original coffee table came damaged. I told the delivery guy the table was damage and he said he already closed out the ticket and would go outside to call the store. He then proceeded to get in his truck and drive away. I spent over an hour trying to get someone to help me get another one delivered. Second delivery table was more damaged than the first. On the third delivery they said they would be inspected the table prior to deliver but this table was damaged also. Fourth attempt same thing except this time the driver said this was a return from another customer. Now all they are saying is a new one won't come in till July and that's that. Crappy customer service and you can never get anyone but customer care that's does give a shit. Apparently there is no manager at that store. Beware of this store it's shady. read more

I am now 5 deliveries in and it's been damaged every time. 3 more weeks for next shipment. Their compensation after I have had to go in store 2 times? $60. I asked for a reselect so I can be done with this. Not an option. So I am at the point of small claims court. 40 hours of loss time taken off work because even after all these issues they still won't offer me a deselection. I finally made the leap and purchased a new sectional with a chaise this past week at Jerome's in Corona - Merry Christmas to me! The process was incredibly simple. I visited the store several times during my search and each time the sales team was helpful by directing me towards couches that fit my needs: gray, sectional, with chaise or ottoman. I ended up making my final purchase online and had the couch shipped to the store for pickup. This part of the process was most surprising to me since I ordered the couch on Wednesday and was able to pick it up on Friday morning! Super quick, especially since some furniture stores can have a 4-week turnaround! You also have the option to opt in for delivery + setup, which was around $150. Since I had a truck to move the couch I decided to instead put my money towards the additional warranty. My only complaint regarding Jerome's was that during one of my visits I had an overzealous sales person who didn't give me much space to explore. read more

I am updating my review to show that the couches from Jerome's continue to deteriorate after 2 years. In addition, the other couch is now showing signs of peeling in the back rest. Jerome's never contacted me after my first post although they assured me my review would be forwarded to the appropriate members of their management staff. We asked that the case be reopened and he gave me a new ticket number 247814. We still have not received a response from this. The only response received was through Yelp in which you are offering a $249 store credit to compensate for the defects in the leather. I am not interested in making any other purchases through Jerome's as the quality of the furniture is of a very low standard. All I ask is that my current sofas be repaired. Thank you. 2/16/19 - It has been over 6 weeks since Jerome's stated on Yelp they would be reaching out to me to resolve this matter. I have not been contacted by anyone from Jerome's. If their customer service was easy and helpful and their protection plan didn't seem like a scam. Sara was so helpful and my wife and I got the chair of our dreams! We had been looking for something big and comfy to complete our room remodel and as a last resort we tried Jerome's and discovered: the Cuddle. It is awesome! Had it for a month now with cats climbing all over it and lots and lots of sitting and so far no wear and tear! My wife and I went to this location to purchase a mattress for our bedroom; We went here because as a larger store it has more of a selection of mattresses and bedroom furniture. We settled on a high end mattress and I filled out the credit application for their 3 year interest free credit. I put both my and my wife's information on the app. We were then informed that we both needed to show our ID and a credit card to the woman who would set up the delivery date for the mattress. My wife did not bring her purse so she did not have her ID. The woman informed her a bit abruptly that she could not set up a delivery date until my wife brought in her ID. My wife told her she could return later in the same day with the ID. She then rather condescendingly told her to make sure the ID was VALID. Honestly we should have cancelled the entire purchase right there and went to a different mattress store. Did she think my wife would bring in fake ID? My wife did return within an hour and pointed out to the woman that she brought VALID ID. I did not give one star because the mattress quality was great and the salesman was really helpful and informative. Even the delivery men were early and very efficient. But if you choose to purchase from this Jerome's location, be sure to not forget your VALID ID or you might be treated very poorly by the credit associate. read more

But they are fast to take your money - that's for sure. We had to wait 4 months for delivery of our sectional. Less than a year later, we had issues with the material separating and part of the frame snapped. The 3rd party warranty company didn't list the material repairs on the repair order when the guy showed up to fix the frame that broke. We didn't get around to making another claim until a year after the half assed repairs were done (because you wait on hold for an hour to make a claim and we had a newborn at the time). Now, the 3rd party warranty business is denying our claim for the frame repair stating it's only covered for 1 year, while Jerome's website SPECIFICALLY states 5 years. Jerome's and the 3rd party are too lazy to call each other so you have to place calls and waste a whole entire day trying to get someone out for warranty repairs. I'm never buying at Jerome's again. Don't waste your time and go somewhere that stands by their products and service. read more

Exceptional furniture. But when it comes to warranty! They suck. These guys use a company called Gardian protection and will try to make it impossible to get a messed up piece of furniture covered. I bought a sectional and it's falling apart and they said the screws that hold it together are not covered. Plus if you don't report within 30 days the item is not covered.
