Took me a week…read moreto get in (wasted a whole week waiting) and when I got there at 9 a.m. they said I was an hour late (didn't know I had a time slot). Then I waited all day for a call which never came. Called them at 3 p.m. and the guy acted like they just got a look at it and then told me a whole bunch of expensive parts needed replaced (like ball joints, which were replaced less than 3K ago) and they never did the service I requested. I had the front end suspension inspected by a certified mechanic before I got the new tires and he replaced (1) part only and reported the rest of the suspension was in good shape. I believe Evan's tried to scam me by replacing parts that did not need replaced and futhermore they did not perform the service I requested. This was a complete waste of time. Wish we had a good, honest mechanic in town.

Geico recommended Gross. Selected the Express Service. Informed the estimator that I had previously worked at a body shop. Very affable and said the damage was so minor he would probably send my BMW to the body shop same day. Fast forward 2 weeks. Why is this taking so long. Answer-you selected the Geico Express Service which takes longer. What?? Another week and asked where is my car? Waiting to go into the paint shop; sitting under a tree in a chain link dirt lot; just where anyone would park a convertible. When will it go into paint? Answer-soon. Started calling daily. Reception is now very unfriendly and snippy. It will get done when it is done. Another week and got the car back. Complained about the poor paint match (probably a too thin pearl color coat) and the misaligned bumper. I was stunned when the fellow says our work is guaranteed so you can bring it back anytime and we will fix it. Oh goody, another month hoping the work is done right the second time. Why Gross could not get the job right the first time is a mystery. Our schedule took us out of the United States for a few months so we paid another body shop to fix Gross's shoddy work when we returned.

Josh towed it the same day, was very responsive and let me know the tire I thought I needed was not the right one. He said he could order one, but because of it being the week of Christmas, it wouldn't be in until the new year. He told me if I could buy one elsewhere, they'd be happy to put it on for me. Amazon had the fastest delivery time, and they arrived on my doorstep at 11:30am on Christmas Eve. Knowing H&M was closing early at 3 for the rest of the week, I called to see if there was any way they'd be able to squeeze us in. By 1:30 that same afternoon, we picked up our golf cart after paying a very fair price, just in time for Christmas. Josh and his team allowed us to be able to take our family visiting from out of town out to look at lights and went out of their way to not only be super communicative in the process but to make the fix for us when they could have easily said we needed to wait until next week. Highly, highly recommend H&M and will definitely be buying our next golf cart through them.
