I've been coming here to service my 2017 BMW 3 series ever since the dealer warranty ended, per recommendation by a friend that has brought many European cars here over the years. I've felt that prices were fair, transparent, and service is timely. Always had courteous interactions with the staff. I like that recently, they've taken photos of any parts that are reported to need repair and send to me to decide what to have repaired. This is my new favorite car repair shop. They made it so convenient for me to bring my car in by setting up a rental car for me and taking me to the rental and then allowing me to just leave the rental at the shop upon pick up. That saved me so much time coordinating. They also show me pictures of the progress of my vehicle which helped me understand what was being done along the way. This was a partner project with Pure Design. I Hate to have to do this because the owners of both places are cool guys. This project was a full wrap, CMST wide body kit, wheel and lowering links. The first week the car looked amazing.. Then the body kit started to come undone. It was non stop bringing the car in to get fixed (this car is my daily driver) which it never got fixed. I was told by the owner of that the pieces were not adhering due to the ceramic coating (Pure Design) that was put on the wrap. $20,000 later the wrap is off the kit is off and neither place has made any effort to make it right. I needed to have a Magnaflow catback and axleback installed on my 2014 GT500. I didn't know where to go in North County so I asked a friend for a referral. He told me to check this place out as they are willing to do certain bolt on upgrades for vehicles they don't specialize in such as BMW and Mercedes. I decided to stop by and ask for the name of the I was referred to, Shane. Eddy, another gentlemen there was really polite and professional and helped me find him. Both of them gave me a quote for the installation and said that they were willing to do it for me. I was surprised and relieved that they agreed to as my friend spoke very highly of them but they don't advertise as being a domestic performance/repair shop. Normally they offer shuttles but during COVID, that service is restricted. They have a nice waiting room too that is also restricted during COVID. Their shop is very clean with a lot of lifts for the space they have. During the install, it became apparent that Magnaflow had quality control problems with my product as one pipe was not tapered to slide onto the stock mid-pipe. This was upsetting because I bought the exhaust system to have a weld-free bolt on install with no headaches. But Euroautospot took the initiative and found a solution that was much more appealing than returning the product. After calling me and telling me about the issue, they asked me which I preferred, make it work or return the system. I told them I would like to make it work if possible. During the call they sent me pictures with red circles to show me what they were talking about. I have attached them to this review. So Eddy and Shane outsourced to a local muffler shop who fixed the pipe. The car stayed safe on their lift, the pipe was taken to and from the exhaust shop and the system was then bolted to the car in the intended manner. I got my car back that afternoon with great turnaround time. Euroautospot is capable of not just servicing your car, modifying it, but also improvising when necessary. Making it in my mind pretty much a one-stop for anything you need minus a dyno tune. I highly recommend them. They are friendly, professional, accommodating, and eager to please their customers.... 5 stars. Thank you guys. read more

Amazing and honest mechanics. I was originally quoted 695 which was the fairest price out of all the European mechanics I called in San Diego to fix my car & they let me bring my own parts. Upon a further inspection they found out it wasn't going to be as much labor/work and called me to let me know the estimate price had dropped to 550 I believe. I wouldn't have been the wiser and they could have squeezed me for another $150 but chose not to. After they thought the car was fixed there appeared to be another issue (which is my fault for not mentioning because the dash indicators turned off and forgot to mention it) a couple wires were chewed through by the wheel. Joey had the parts fast within 2 days and finished the project that same day. I was running late to pick up my car after it was finished and Joey even offered to stay behind closing hours a bit just so I wouldn't be without a car. I wouldn't recommend bringing your European or regular anywhere else and this will be my main mechanic from now on, I appreciate their work so much that I'm willing to drive just from LA to have it fixed at only their shop. Their garage & lot was full of nice and new European & exotic cars so they must be appreciated by other people just as much. read more

Today first time & last trying to save $ I took my bmw x3d for a "regular" oil change & the only red flagwas bad rear brake light see pics.. When I got the car back few hours later paid bill ( not a great price same as bmw el cajon dealer) drove off I check car status I had 3 warning red flagsI called & return inmiately that's when the drama begin.. they said I needed a reset service from bmw network(not cheap) & Not sure if it will fix issue.., obviously they had no clue.. They check the status of the car when you arrive I'm sure they do. I show the the car to the person who received the car & he knew no red flags were on., So went to el cajon bmw & fix whatever they did because when I got there 9am.
