I'm updating my parents house to sell, I live in another state and need to get back home. I had no referrals to help so I looked up a company on Yelp and found Custom Glass and Mirror. SO HAPPY I did! They were great from the first contact. I needed a shower door replaced and it had to be special ordered, initially we were told it could take 4-5 weeks but it came in a week and they were out to install it the next day! They also removed the old builder grade mirrors for me, one was 96" long! The entire crew were polite and conscientious and made sure I understood the entire process. 5/21/2019 This company is a breath of fresh air. After breaking our second sliding glass patio door in a two month period (string trimmer), we needed a replacement that didn't cost an arm-and-a-leg. These techs were as professional as you could ever want and did a super job, PLUS very friendly! They even left a can of window cleaner. I brought 2 mirrors to this company to be cut. The woman who I dealt with was curt and abrupt with NO customer service skills what so ever. My friend who helped me bring the mirrors in said she could not believe how nasty the woman was. When I picked up the mirrors and found one of the mirrors had been cut entirely wrong, the same woman blamed me and said she would be willing to refund my fee for having the mirror cut. She stated that I had drawn the line on the mirror where I wanted it cut and I said no, that line was a dimension line and I had written 32" along the line. It was not a cut line and if she had actually listened when I dropped the mirrors off this would have NOT happened as I had explained in great detail about what I needed to have done. She was willing to refund my $8.00 cut fee which I will give her credit for but I have to spend hundreds to replace the mirror. If you take something to be cut, you not only have to draw dimension lines but also cut lines or the dimension line might be mistaken for a cut line. read more

I bought a new ranch house and needs some glasses replaced due to the seals were leaking causing my windows to fog up and get moisture in between them. I called up Lynn and she had here crew come out and field measure all 6 that I needed replaced, while they were onsite they inspected all the other windows and they were all good. They ordered my glass and called me when the glass arrived so they could schedule a day and time to be installed.
