I had a bad experience with this company from start to finish. They agreed to use my left over…read morerings, rod and fabric from a job I had done myself. I waited around one month for my drapes but never heard from them so I called them to be told that they were not ready but should be ready in a couple of weeks. But, she said, you have to add the time it takes for them to get here and we have to wait until one of our staff has time to install them. I wasn't too happy about the length of time this was taking because the window they were going on had sun on them all afternoon and would fade the new furniture and linens. When 2 ladies finally arrived to install my drapes they came to the conclusion that they were 4" too high. I told them I was upset with this and one of the ladies said "well, we were doing you a favor by using your fabric and rods to save you money. Her tone was accusatory .Her answer should have been. "We are sorry for this mistake, we will rectify it as soon as possible". The ladies said they had a local lady who could correct the problem and she is very fast. I thought they meant within 3-4 days. Nope. It was 1-1/2 weeks. When they came back to install the drapes for a second time I told them I was not very happy with the whole experience and they still didn't say sorry. In fact when they had finished they just picked up their tools and left in an unlike business manner. This next thing really made me angry. On the bill I got they stated: 1. Additional materials bought to be able to use customers own rod. My rod they installed is exactly the same as it was the day I bought it and is hanging on my window so I have no idea what they are talking about. 2' Alterations needed due to customer having wrong size rings causing measurements to be inaccurate. The rings are the same ones I had the day I bought them. 3, Extra trip charge due to customer not having enough of the correct size rings, Yes, I didn't have enough of the rings and I told the ladies that and I went to Home Depot and purchased 2 boxes of them, That was a round trip of 48 miles for me, NOT FOR THEM, and I have the receipt to prove it. The old ones I had and the new ones I purchased were both the same size. ALL IN ALL I ADVISE YOU ALL TO STAY AWAY FROM INSIDE STORY AND THEIR RUDE ASSISTANTS WHO MAKE LIFE UNPLEASANT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS

Also, Amber is very accommodating and strives to achieve the best result for your taste and budget. I admire her professionalism. When our open kitchen remodel was dragged out past the original completion date, Amber (and Hester W.C.) agreed to delay installation of our coverings to protect them from exposure to heavy dust. This was very helpful to us! The installation of all the coverings went rather quickly and smoothly, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the installers. They were very pleasant and aimed to please. Brian returned to make some slight adjustments on a few coverings for better function. When it was discovered upon installation that two woven wood coverings did not fit optimally for ease of usage, Hester replaced them with new coverings without charge. Amber facilitated this after tweaking the measurements just so slightly, but it made a big difference!
