I called AGSA and a window specialist came to my home within 2 1/2 hours. When the specialist arrived, he quickly determined that I needed a window regulator but was very kind to get the window up since it was cold outside. After buying the part at a local auto part store, I texted the specialist. He was opened to coming back to my home to repair the window; however, I was at my work location. The specialist arrived at my workplace within 20 minutes and fixed the window in the parking lot. Note: The home and workplace visits were done on the same day. I highly recommend AGSA. Professional. It all worked like a charm until they realized they had ordered the wrong one. They quickly made me aware and made a rush request to go get a replacement quickly. As a result it took a little longer than originally estimated. That was no issue for me as I sat in the AC and was offered a soda and snack for the inconvenience.
