The Euro Nails and Spa exceeded my expectations! My daughter called to arrange for us to have both of us buy mani's and pedi's. When we arrived we were immediately escorted to our pedicure stations. This surprised us as they were very busy during our late afternoon appointments! The array of options was exceptional. We both chose the mid range option. This option included reflexology, hot stone calf message, a hot towel wrap, exoliation of both calves and feet, and a carefully skilled nail and cuticle cut. A vast array of gorgeous nail polish colors to choose from. I have never seen so many choices to choose from! Our pedicure procedures were exactly executed as described on the menu. The results of our pedicures went above and beyond our expectations. Pampered, professional, and personalized pretty toes was the outcome. Our manicures were next. I had a regular manicure. My daughter had acrylic nails that needed to be filled and filed. We received the exact attention and quality as our pedi's. Perfect nails! Absolute worst experience to date. Polish change on the toes was fine but when it came to my nails it was a completely different story. I had stopped in a week or so before, confirmed what I was looking for and was assured it could be done. I don't usually do my nails, but decided to go to Euro nails to get a manicure for my wedding. I had an older gentleman do my nails and he did a fantastic job!! He was very professional and very friendly. I'm a chef, so my hands needed a lot of TLC. He took the time to remove my cuticles and any dead skin around my nails. I got gel polish since I was familiar with it. It's been two weeks and my nails still look great!! In the past after 14 days the gel polish is raised and always gets caught in my hair when I run my hands through it. Not this time, he did an excellent job applying it evenly and not allowing it to "pool" at the back of my nail. I live in fort Myers and will most likely continue to come to Euro Nails for my gel manicures in the future. read more

I just had my eyebrows waxed here and my left eye area was badly burnt. An hour and a half after leaving I returned to complain and the same woman who burned me the first time haphazardly rubbed "cooling gel" on the open burn which caused much more pain and then completely left me alone in the waxing room. I kept expecting someone to return to continue serving me but nobody did. I finally left after examining my eye in the mirror closely and noticing that the swelling had continued. I would not recommend this salon at all. Their customer service was awful and my face is burnt. read more

Honestly this is your generic Vietnamese nail salon. There is one woman but I forget her name, that does an awesome job with pedicures. On that note, forget walking in and requesting anything other than their traditional Asian designs. I wanted polka dots in one nail and jazmine couldn't do them. I kept throwing easy designs her way all to no avail. Can you do a heart? No. Can you do a flower? No. Can u do stripes? No. Don't bother walking in with any of your Pinterest pics. If you want real nail art go see Amanda at Sashys Hair Design or drive up to fort Myers and see Bethany at BeFab salon. Not to mention all these generic salons don't use quality products. My nails 3 days after I had them filled were chipping and cracking; one even broke off. She didn't even bother getting off the old acrylic/shellac even though I told her I wasn't going to have my nails polished. I would have gladly paid more for her to soak them off had I known that she wasnt going to file down the old acrylic. So I Paid $25 for a crappy set of nails, didn't even want to go back and have them fix them because my coworker who had gotten her nails done there 2 weeks earlier found out that she developed a fungus when she went to have them filled. So I ended up spending $30 more to have my nails fixed (soaked off, repaired, redone) at my regular place. Needless to say, I won't be back. read more

I usually don't do reviews but I had such an amazing experience I figured I'd share. I needed my nails done for a wedding I was going to and my friend recommended this place. I'm very picky so I was kind of iffy, but I'm glad I gave it a try. The place looked nice and clean (always a plus). My pink and white came out perfect. The lady didn't cut me! Which is a BIG thing for me because 8/10 places I've been to tend to cut me somehow. My nails didn't hurt or ache afterwards. They didn't start lifting for a good 2 1/2 to 3 weeks. Everyone seemed really nice. If I lived in Naples I'd only get my nails done here. read more

I have tried this place a few times and I am always leaving disappointed. I made an appointment at 11 and wasn't seen until 11:30. The girl that did my nails seemed so unhappy to be there and I had to tell her to cut my cuticles! You can go right down the road and get a mani pedi for $35 and they do way better of a job. It was not an enjoyable experience and overpriced. Also they are very pushy with shellac gel nails, I am not a fan and don't like to feel pressured into something I do not like. Nor defend why I don't want shellac. I will defiantly not be going back ever! The only thing nice about this place is the ambiance. read more

This nail salon is the best in Naples! The staff and the experience are top notch. Upon entering the Salon, you can see that they run a clean place. Paid $45 for their new SNS manicure that the man promised to last for 4 weeks. This is day 6 and I have 3/10 that are now chipped. In addition you could tell he didn't want anything to do with my walk in request so he finished this manicure in about 20 minutes. Gel nails were awful - thick, bumpy, sloppy. Kevin re-did them when I returned to the salon after I'd gone outside and got a good look, but there was little improvement. Finish started peeling and chipping within 3 days. Try another technician, or don't even bother with this place. read more
